Sheraton Lima Historic Center

Exceptional stay. Large rooms with comfy beds. Professional and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of good food. This is our second stay and will always select the Sheraton when in Lima.

Great Location in the center of the city. Great service at all levels ( check in, valet, restaurant, etc) Great rooms - very confo. The breakfast was famous.

When I book a double room, I expect a double room, especially when I booked almost a year in advance. I can't help feeling that the Sheraton see's that the booking was made via booking.com and takes the booking with less gravitas than they should.

Dirty carpets and common areas. Beds were fine. Restaurant didn’t look clean and couldn’t eat there. Area doesn’t feel safe outside. I expected more from a Sheraton.

Right in the middle of historic Lima, great location. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend or stay here again. Had to request a handicapped accessible room. It was very comfortable. However, there was an oder that I believe must have been coming from the drain in the shower. Dealt with it best we could & just closed the bathroom door.

Great location to visit explore historic Lima, Miraflores is a much nicer area but a journey to get to see the old Lima and with traffic that’s a headache. Comfortable bed and large room although bathroom is dated. Bathrooms need a refresh and buffet breakfast only warm and not hot.

Sheraton Lima Historic Center doesn’t meet with the 5 stars hotel standards. The bathroom wall is molding, carpet is dirty, the room is dark without floor & desk lamp. No mini bar , robes, slippers, safe box provided. Very disappointed with the quality of this Sheraton hotel in downtown Lima.

The hotel suites are very tired. Low toilet, paint chipped, difficult for the staff to clean.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious. Our shower drain was clogged. There was no thermostat in the room, only a fan speed controller. Location was too far from downtown.

While this is primarily a business hotel, it also is a great place to stay for a tourist visit to Lima. The facilities are great. The place is immaculately clean. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was nicely sized with plenty of storage space. Big, comfortable bed with a nice firm mattress. I had a room on a high floor and I could not hear any street noise many stories below. The neighborhood is perfectly safe in the evening. (If it gets sketchy after midnight, I would not know. I am not out and about at those sort of hours.) This was a great place to stay, but you are supposed to criticize something, anything, so here is mine: the lighting in the bathroom could have been better, especially in the shower. Yes, that is how good the place was that that is the best I can do for a criticism.
