Nice location in San Isidro. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful restaurant for breakfast and dinner with outdoor seating. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Nothing. Everything was smooth and comfortable.

Location and modern hotel , it is in the heart of San Isidro one of the best districts in Lima. Decent breakfast. Staff sometimes not very attentive they saw us struggling to get in with luggages and the staff in the desk didn’t get up to help with door .

I got an upgrade for free, early check-in and free breakfast! Room was spacious We couldn’t get bottles of water after 11 pm, under-bed was full of dust, sheets and towels were wet and humid (not properly dried)

friendly staff, the size of the room is good enough, good water pressure shower, excellent WIFI, good breakfast but limited choices, well located. The a/c runs smoothly :) Ones again the pillow!!. I marked this in my last review. I thought the hotel solve it. They so soft to my head!. It's like to sleep without them. For decoration is fine but they are useless for a nice rest. I had to bring my travel pillow with me just in case to had a decent sleep. Was a excellent choice bring it.

Overall cleanliness and keep of the hotel was very good. Breakfast overall was good. The minibar fridge was not cooling enough. There is a bizarre window between the bathroom and the room.

Decor of hotel is very nice. Staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Great location in a peaceful area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was alright but could be improved. Coffee often cold as were some of the ”hot” food items. Staff always willing to help?

Hotel was perfectly positioned and quiet . Food was good and Service was great ? No coffee or milk in room . There was one coffee pod on day arrival and it was not replaced . There are 2 people in the room .
