all except no smile or greeting when entering the lobby. no attempt to assist with luggage at arrival drunk people w empty bottles on the floor outside the gym at 7am

delicious bkfast. staff there superb. spacious rooms. nice updates staff at lobby counter could smile a little to greet when one walks in, and try to help with opening the door/luggage on arrival, if /when possible. gym equipment could be updated. some dumbbells are missing. treadmills have been broken for several months. 2 very drunk men in terrace next to gym at 7am and few empty bottles on the floor (september 26th)

everything except sometimes staff at front desk dont have a welcoming attitude staff at front desk/counter could try and be more consistent about making eye contact with a smile when guest enters lobby, and attempt at least to open door, help with luggage if they are not too busy

The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was comfortable. I like the new bedroom floors. The humidity left the towels a bit moist, so there should be more towels in the room so that they are dry for the next morning.

Everything was well done! Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff, handy and reliable laundry service and superb location. Had provided transportation for 4 separate arrivals at airport with ease. Need more rooms with walk-in showers. Much safer!
