Construction noise all day long! Monday to Saturday is all you get!! They don't have free breakfast!! That's a lie! Do not stay at this hotel ever! It's terrible!!!

No breakfast, but the room has microwave and small fridge. Great location, close to everything! Staff was very cordial and friendly in special Mr. N. Vasquez. Maybe offered a shuttle to the airport.

Overall, excellent value for money. Great location, kitchenette worked well, comfotable room and friendly staff. Not fancy but comfortable and was perfect for our 4 day stay in Lima. I couldn't get the many TV viewing options to work but the wifi worked well so used our phones for entertainment. It may have been my inability to push the right buttons and not a room problem.

Central Lima , bike or walk to all attractions. And seashore?!!!! Surprise fees for credit card and drinking water. Noise, city, construction, I suppose come s with territory.

It’s location. It was near groceries, restaurants and you could take a walk by the streets. You have facilities all around, also entertainment. Everything was ok. The only thing, when we get there the room wasn’t cleaned up, but they cleaned it up instantly and at the end they gave us a late check out for the inconvenient. That was unexpected and we appreciate it very much ????

Huge rooms. Especially the King suite! Firm comfy beds. Good wifi, smart TV. Big bathroom and hot shower. Young lady at reception was super nice and helpful. We came back here three times during our month stay in Peru. Great value. Location is great. Supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. Short walk to Kennedy Park area. There is no lobby here. It’s a bit like a motel where all the rooms face a central car parking area. Lima is humid so some of the rooms had a musty damp smell which is expected. Didn’t stop us coming back. Some of the rooms have windows that face the hallways, mostly the 2 bed rooms so if that bothers you ask at reception for options. My daughter and I shared a king bed instead which was perfect for us.

Clean, quiet, location. Staff were amazing. Promptly resolved minor issues. Coraly at the front desk was exceptional. All good.

The mattress was rather hard. I sleep on my side. I had to slerp with a pillow under my hip. The humidity was high; The clothes I hand washed didn't dry after 24 hours. The light in the room was too bright. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, only a windows near the ceiling that could be opened.
