Friendly staff available 24/7, Air-conditioner in unit and fresh drinking water daily. Location was perfect in a quiet scenic neighborhood. Some bugs in the greenhouse terrace and a guest room right off the patio was slightly less private. But overall, great quality and location!

We had an exceptional stay in this hotel thanks to the staff. The attention to detail is top notch. You need something? They will go above and beyond to give it. The room was great, the location is perfect, and the price is reasonable. All in all, we felt like we were home. I even received a birthday waffle for my birthday even though I do noy remember telling them that it was my birthday. Special shoutout to Anahí who helped us all throughout our stay. I liked everything but I suggest more breakfast options.

Amazing staff and service. Anai and Valkirie were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is generous and delicious. Rooms were good and clean, bed was super comfortable and spacious. The acoustics were not the best. So much so they are kind enough to provide ear mufflers for free.

Lima 18 is a quiet, garden setting, situated in a convenient, residential neighborhood of Miraflores. The staff is very helpful, friendly, efficient.

The staff was fantastic! I had very early bus tours each day and staff made box lunches for me to take; I could pre-order the night before. Front desk staff spoke English very well. The hotel is very conveniently located for walking to several restaurants, the Artisan Market, and bank ATM. The lobby and common areas were charming and exceptionally clean.

Nice open air patio seating area, quaint, easy to get to Shower/ toilet area is a bit tight, a hand towel hook near sink would be nice

The property was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The room was clean, spacious and just perfect . It was an amazing stay. It was an easy walk to Kennedy Park and also to the boardwalk along the Pacific Ocean. ?❤️? There was nothing not to like.!

Quaint, small amount of rooms, excellent service. We arrived and were brought to our room which was right off the patio, which we loved. They easily arranged car service to and from the airport. We actually are going back at the end of our Peru trip and we are so happy to be there again in a few days. It was a good bit away from the downtown type stuff where all the restaurants and from the coast, but it made up for that in a million ways.

our room was extremely tight- our friends room was huge in comparisons and I think it was due to us having the balcony. The balcony overlooked the road and was not remotely nice so we had a smaller room for a useless balcony - I also didn't realize there was not a true bathroom - the sink was in the room it self

It felt like your home away from home! Some of the friendliest staff I’ve experienced in Peru so far. It really gave off that boutique-y kind of feel. Super cute outdoor space. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel is set back from the main road and is quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Staff are lovely and even packed up a fantastic breakfast as we had to leave early. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. I liked everything

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the breakfast was such a thoughtful and enjoyable touch each morning. We really appreciated how secure the premises felt, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the fresh fruit and complimentary coffee were such a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience, we would definitely return! The room was a bit small for two people, which made things feel a little tight at times. However, the beds were very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep!

Breakfast was very good and I was pleased that the staff was willing to make me a salad with my eggs as I do not eat toast. The staff were wonderful!! They were so helpful with any needs I had. I also loved the garden for eating and sipping tea as it was very peaceful. Highly recommend for your stay in Lima. The only thing that was not ideal was that this lovely oasis was right next to a primary school so if sleeping late is your thing, it's not ideal.

Staff were great, loved the lobby, comfortable rooms Late check in but they did check us in an hour early. Only served beer would be nice to also serve wine and cocktails. Low shower water pressure
