I felt taken care of and safe. The shower had some mildew stains.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice full breakfast each day. Spacious room. Great location within walking distance to many good restaurants and some attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I did not like how small it was and I could not watch netflix or use youtube .. because the tv was next to the door and it was too loud for other guests .. so I had to be like a quiet guy in my room .. But Its okay I dont really watch tv

The attentiveness of staff. The location is great. When I had an early tour the staff packed me a bagged lunch which was very kind. The room was spacious and clean

The room and hospitality There were doing repairments, maybe an alert message, because it was kind of disorder at the entrance.

Good location and facilities There were some noises because of construction. I guess it is temporary

No lifts. Breakfast is served at the fourth floor and if you are carry luggage the lack of elevators is not good.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. Hotel is located a couple blocks from the Pucllana ruins. Location is near a large supermarket, good neighborhood in Miraflores. As a single woman traveler I felt safe. Good value. Breakfast was served in a fourth floor room. Not a problem for me, but since the building had no elevators, this would be a problem for those with mobility impairments.

We could not have been more happier at the property, the staff was both so kind and accommodating. We need to leave our bags there, and we need to make a room change based on the size of our party, both of which were last minute decisions by us, and they were super accommodating and kind Very comfortable facilities and great breakfast. Good out of Astro.

The rooms were spacious and lovely (we had a room with two beds) and well equipped with night tables, lamps, good lighting, space for luggage. The breakfast was great and delicious (with eggs, breads, juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, home made jam, cereals - lots to choose from) and the lobby serves free tea, coffee and water all day. Location was great too; walking distance from many places in MIraflores and a block away from a supermarket. We stayed for two nights and then came back for another two after our trip to northern Peru. Nothing. Very, very pleased with the hotel.

The room was modern, spacious and bright. Good safe location. The staff was helpful and nice. The door/walls were not really soundproof my ground-level room was noisy due to people talking in the lobby. No A/C can be problematic on hot days. The breakfast options were a joke - they required me to choose either slice of cheese or butter with my eggs.

Angelita was a wonderful receptionist at the front desk. She is very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to drop off our bags hours before check-in so we could start exploring unimpeded. She suggested great dining options nearby and allowed an early check-in when our rooms were ready. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a gem. The rooms were very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff do a great job. Breakfast was excellent, too. Great location. My whole family was impressed. A fan would have been nice as one of the rooms we stayed in was a little warm.

I didn’t eat the breakfast because I left too early. The staff did prepare a small bag with a sandwich and apple which was very nice of them.

Friendly, English speaking stuff, clean rooms, huge comfortable beds and lavish breakfast. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!
