The breakfast was very good and the staff made sure we didn't want from anything. The proprietor was very attentive to our needs and let us store luggage. We had an excellent stay and definitely recommend this place for its value, comfort and service.

In a fairly convenient part of the city, surrounded by many good restaurants, close to Kennedy Park, tour guides come to pick you up. It was great that we could leave our suitcases for a few days. The breakfast is very modest and when you live in the same place for a few days, you quickly get bored (you can choose between scrambled eggs or fried eggs, avocado toast or a sandwich). The taste of the breakfast also depends on who cooks it, because the same receptionists prepare it. Not all receptionists speak English, one girl does not understand at all, which can cause inconvenience. The walls of the rooms are quite thin, but living in front of the street, the noise remains very high both day and night due to the heavy traffic and the resulting traffic jams. The rooms are quite hot even at this time of year. Another small inconvenience - you can only enter the hotel by opening the door from the inside, so you have to ring the doorbell every time you return.

The hotel was in a very convenient but quiet part of the city. Within one block, there are an exceptional restaurant and a really cute cafe. The owner was super nice and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The room was nice and open. I really liked the hotel!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The beds were comfortable and the location is good. I was able to sleep well. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I would stay here again.

The property is in a good location, very walkable area, and safe. The room was spacious and comfortable, had good water pressure, very clean. The staff was amazing, I stayed for over a week and the ladies really took care of us. I was able to work in the common room, quiet and peaceful. Will come back for sure! N/A

Excellent little hotel in a nice part of Lima. Friendly staff, good security, comfortable bed, very clean. Can walk to many Miraflores sights and to the beach.

This is not a fancy hotel - don’t come here if that’s what you are looking for! This is a clean and friendly local spot.

It is located in a very convenient yet not too busy area. The supermarket - Plaza Vea is a 2-3 min walk where you can get everything, from mobile sim, to fresh groceries, supplies, pharmaceuticals - everything you would need. A couple of nice cafés at stones throw, one of them vegan with a great menu and value for money. The room is very comfortable, and although a bit small, but has everything in place for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed is super comfortable, linen is clean, rooms are cleaned well whenever you need. The room has an openable window which is great for fresh air ventilation. There is a little traffic noise but not bothersome. The staff is very warm, and understanding. Nicole went out of her way to make sure my dietary needs were fulfilled within the complimentary breakfast. They allowed me to store my large suitcase at the hotel so I can travel light from Lima to the Amazon. All the staff are very kind, proactive and helpful. Nothing!

Staff were very helpful. The room and the B&B were clean and well managed and maintained. The place was close enough to the centre to walk to. Good value for money. Nothing really.
