Miraflores Centre

We loved our stay here with my husband! Location was very central and the breakfast was amazing. Special thanks to Ms. Guadalupe, she was very friendly, informative and helpful?

Very gracious host who was very helpful and had breakfast available even when we had to leave on a tour very early in the morning. Better water pressure in the shower.

Great location, close to all facilities.Guadalupe is an excellent host & very nice person. We had a two night stay and during this period, we experienced comfortable stay & there was nothing that we observed which was adverse.

The only thing that surprised us is that we didn't realize there was a common area which is shared by the host as well as another guest since this isn't in the listing. You do have a private bedroom and bathroom which is great but if you're expecting all of the space to be private, it isn't. For the money, it is a clean, basic room with a very hospitable host, which we appreciated.

This is just something to be noted for future guests -Guadalupe’s place is on the third floor with no elevator.

The location is nice - not shabby but not too touristy.

Exceptional

The property is on a good area for walking around to all the shops and restaurants. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to one of the large outdoor artesian markets. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it.

Good option for Lima Though 4th floor by foot, still comfy beds and good breakfast It was a bit noisy since the windows are coming on the road Also was not that hot, because of this type of the heater

It was good especially the fruit. Guadalupe, the host , was exceptional. So kind , so helpful, so welcoming. This is a suggestion, not a complaint...perhaps a hot breakfast on one of the days...porridge, or eggs and bacon??

We had a good communication with Guadelupe before and during our trip, she got so involved in helping us ti have o excellent stay! Very good transfer services from and to airport, good location for apartment, all facilities needed are provided! Nothing to mention

Host was super nice and helpful. We bumped into her at a market. She introduced us a local fruit and bought one for us to try as we didn’t have local currency exchanged yet (off course we paid her back later). Made early breakfast to fit our schedule. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. On the 4th floor, no elevator

The room was clean. It is not a hotel, it's like a homestay (in your own room with your own washroom). Was it airbnb with clear check in instructions and payment thru airbnb, I'd rate it 8/10, but it's booking and I expect a different experience from it. The host is nice and etc, read don't like section. I wanted to rate it 1/10 initially because it's extremely hard to find, but decided to give it more fair rating (with the correction to hard to find and no credit cards issues). 1. I don't know if it was stupid me or what, but the place was EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND! I was almost ready to go away and open a case with Booking. You do not get to see the logo anywhere. The booking message doesn't provide any instructions. Unless you read the booking message (which honestly I usually don't read) / reviews and know to look for Guadeloupe, there is no way to find it. See the photos, that's all you get to find it. Initially I wanted to rate it 1/10 because of this issue. 2. They DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS and you find that out only in the message from Booking when it's already too late to cancel. It's really not my problem as a guest about credit card fees. 3. The pressure in the washroom was too low (read other reviews).

Guadalupe is a great host. She helps you in everything you need. The breakfast is very good and fresh. Rooms are big enough. You have everything you need. Several inca stores, fruit market and restaurants are close to the place. Metropolitan bus station is cca 3 minutes walking. The rooms are on the forth floor and you have to take the stairs. The street is sometimes a bit noisy.

Very nice Breakfast and great hospitality! Good location in Miraflores, clean and cozy apartment. Very good value-for-money!

Exceptional

Lovely fruit and fresh bread for breakfast. Guadalupe was terrific. More like staying at a friend's home thank a hotel.
