Location Staff super unfriendly, specially morning weekday staff, check out at 12 but at 1130 they were already knocking at my door telling me i had 30 minutes left to get out, couldn't even give me an extra 30 minutes to check out without being charged an extra 80 Soles

Attention was bad. The beds were really hard. Water pressure was bad. Jucuzztook forever to fill. Bathroom tooo small.

Female staff at reception are all rude, disinterested and grumpy. The only male staff member I came across was friendly. My room stank with an odour of urine in the corner like someone had urinated there although at first wasn't obvious but as the night went on with windows closed became more apparent.

The wi-fi sucks, big time and sockets are scarce. Get a room on the second floor if you rely on wi-fi and not by the window. Ask the reception about this.
