In this hotel people who stayed in Peru over 60 days has to pay 10% extra, we didn't have to do it in other places in Peru

For the price the hotel was a good choice and overall it was a great experience Breakfast was not as good as the hotel in Cusco. They took for ever to bring us an omelet and the selection was limited.

Wonderful location, super comfy bed and probably the best water pressure in a shower we’ve had anywhere in the world, truly. Staff was helpful and great to work with. While the breakfast had a nice variety and good selection each day, they need to get better warning stations. The eggs and other hot dishes were always mildly warm or cold even in the days we got there right after it opened.

The first room I was assigned had not cleaned. The sheets were not replaced and the smell in the room was disgusting. The hotel staff quickly moved me to another room but the initial impression was unpleasant. I would still give the hotel a stellar review for the staff responsiveness.

The staff is so friendly. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours and we had to check in at 2am. They still remain friendly and professional! The breakfast was great, a mix of peruvian and classic brunch! I'll definitely come back if I visit Lima again. Nothing

Good location, comfortable bed and clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Welcome cookie is a nice touch. With the discount offered, is good value for money. Breakfast options are very limited (one type of milk), nobody checking when things are over to refill (pastries, and others). Toilet elements very basic.

I reserved for twin room. but they say they have only one bad. needed to find other hotel to reserve for my coworker.

The buffet breakfast was good - a collection of peruvian food, with options to request egg dishes (omelettes, fried eggs) or pancakes, etc from the kitchen. Lots of selection - fruits, breads, coffee, tea, yogurt with lots of toppings.

Clean friendly staff. Breakfast could have had more options for non meat eaters

The staff, convenient location, clean rooms. On arrival Jesus was able to find us a room for an early (very) check-in, for a small fee. We were so grateful! And Max was a gem employee of the hotel seemingly good at accomplishing many things…always with a smile!

There could be free instant coffee and water cooker in the room.

They didn’t honour price booked less than an hour before check in. Charged more and claimed that it’s due to more demands in booking…
