The style, colors and service

Casa Suyay tiene una ubicación excelente, personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación es tal como se describe, la presión de agua de la ducha muy buena. Todo estuvo genial, sin dudas volveria a hospedarme.

A great little hotel for a short stay in Lima. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect for wandering around Miraflores, everything within easy walking distance and close to the airport bus stop.

Staff were always courteous and very helpful.

Very comfortable.! I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Great hot shower , comfy bed and tea and coffee all day long. Parque Kennedy is only one block away. Breakfast available.... I would suggest this hotel highly! Nothing.

Perfect location, close to everything. The rooms were very basic, not even an a/c unit, we had to sleep with a window open.

The location is awesome. There were a couple of cute restaurants just next door and lots of things of convenience under 10-15 minutes walk. I especially liked that there was a market nearby for my last minute souvenir shopping. Bonus points for the convenience store for all the snacks and drinks. The bed was a little firm but that's just a personal preference. I'm sure others would love the firmness of the bed; the first night wasn't bad but I felt it more the second night. Can't fault them for that though! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay but another guest was able to enter my locked room on accident. Room 105 he stayed 103 and his key worked in my door. Im sure they will fix this though as the staff are very attentive.

Great location The mattress and pillow were quite hard, and there was a LOT of noise from the reception area (other guests chatting) as well as from the street

The fan in the room was rather loud.

The location is great! It is very accessible to everything. The room was very hot. No air conditioning. It did have a fan, but it was very loud. It did have a window, but as it was in a court room there was no ability to get air movement.

Humidity smells was hard

Charming façad with reat location in Miraflores district, and conveniently is closeby Aeroport express bus stop. Next time I am in Lima I would definately consider it. ¡Gracias! Nothing I did not like. This said the electric socets in my room were US type only (flat), with no round wholes.
