Nice location, staff very friendly We weren’t told that we needed to hang a sign on the door if we wanted our room cleaned, we had an odd room layout, our door opened to a balcony which then had a glass door into our room. Felt like we had to keep curtains closed to prevent people from seeing into our room

Cama incómoda, el colchón necesita un cambio. Faltan tomacorrientes cerca de la cama, los que hay no sujetan bien los enchufes. El desayuno es muy básico. El espejo del baño tiene una marca en el medio, nada grave pero debería ser cambiado.

It was a great location for Miraflores. The room had everything I needed as a solo traveler. I felt very safe and protected. They gave me tons of recommendations for food and location sites to see:) The room had a strong chemical smell like a cleaning solution but after awhile I couldn’t notice it anymore

The staff in hotel was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Especially, Nicolas in the front desk was very helpful. I strongly recommend it

The bathroom had no sink, which was outside. The floor had dust and we could not walk barefoot. Finally the breakfast was provided with a loud TV and the buffet was not replenished. Buffet started late at 7am, not a good timing considering Lima traffic and a business schedule.

Close proximity to the city core. Quiet room. Room size was nice. No air conditioning, room was hot. A pedestal fan didn't quite do the job. Room floor may have been swept, bit not mopped - felt gritty and dirty.

The hotel was old and looked very small. The breakfast was very basic and not good — I would have preferred to eat outside. The only good thing was the juices, which were great.
