Lobby was nice , Breakfast was quite nice We chose Lima Q for proximity to the Airport, On the map it was 10-20 minutes away. Due to road construction and traffic it took over an hour to get there and back to the airport. Front desk screwed up our Taxi booking 3 times

Very friendly and helpful. They offered and arranged for a driver from and back to the airport. I missed breakfast because my stay was so short.

Close to the airport and on a main avenue to buy food and necessities They were doing construction and it was loud and I couldn’t rest from 1pm until 5pm when they left. It was a major disappointment

They were great and held our luggage while we toured the city. They were reasonable in cost and logistics and made our trip. . Hotel overall was simple and clean and a decent breakfast buffet that is really early which was nice as we had to leave at 6 am. Worked out great and the staff was really nice along with the security guard. Very helpful. The staff made the stay memorable. The hotel was clean and seem well managed The Lima Airport is weirdly situated and is terrible for accessing any main streets to get to any hotel including LimaQ. The hotel wasn't far but the roads to get there were quite the challenge. The design and layout of streets around the airport is terrible. One of my least favorite airports to fly into, but the hotel was fine and the location not far but it took 25 minutes to go less than 5 miles. But it seems it's like that for all hotels except for the one at the airport

The only minor downside for me was noise. As a light sleeper, I noticed that the hotel is close to the airport and a busy road, so other light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. That said, after a long day of flying I was so tired that it really didn’t bother me, and the noise was never overwhelming.

Wifi in our room was a little spotty.

Comfortable bed, large shower, nice public areas, friendly staff. Room was musty & tile floors clammy, turning on air conditioner helped. Clean but not spotless. Charge to use instant coffee that was provided in room (never seen thid before). Not nearly as close to airport as it claims on listing - 20 minute drive (with no traffic/45 minutes with traffic) through sketchie neighborhoods. Breakfast buffet was quite limited, not like photos on listing, although it was enough for us. Next time I want a hotel close to Lima airport I will book the hotel located right at the airport.

They held our cab to the airport until they checked the room to see if anything was taken from the minibar. We accidentally mixed up the bottles we purchased from the store with one of theirs so they came outside as we sat in the cab waiting to make sure they collected their 5sol in cash before our cab left. They had my credit card on file so it was ridiculous. Walls in the room were also dirty. Looks like they never bothered to wipe them down based. Grout in shower also had a lot of mildew.

On corner of major roadway and room has street noise. Listed as 10 min drive from airport but was really almost 30 mins with traffic and ongoing roadworks.
