Noisy at night from the floor above my room

I love the fact, that they are remodeling the rooms and the lobby looks awesome. Gianella their morning receptionist has a great attitude and very courteous, well almost all their front office staff are great except an older gentleman that usually works the overnight. That i only stayed a few days in Lima to enjoy the hotel a bit more.

proximity to the airport was the primary reason for my stay; had a very early flight to Cusco and didn't want to deal with going all the way to Minaflores. Staff was kind and courteous; had an amazing rooftop view of San Miguel Not sure I have any real complaints; if anything needed improvement it was breakfast quality. It wasn't bad, it was actually okay, but it wasn't great.

Everything. So good and nice area. Hot hot water and great breakfast with incredible view. Bathroom floor would come up,not sewer , but like cleaning suds. Maybe from kitchen or neighboring bathroom. Nothing major and didn't stink.

They was construction work when I stayed there and it was quite noisy. It was too bad because it’s a great hotel. Hopefully it won’t last long.

There is no air conditioning but that is just a normal thing in Peru. There was a really nice ceiling fan though that was more than ample and it was remote control.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. My initial room showed that the sheets hadn't been changed, I checked in very late and was feeling very unhappy about the situation. The receptionist was kind and understanding. She organized a room change for me. The room I was given was facing the main road and you could hear every noise from the road and the airplanes. The bed was hard the pillows were very soft. It was a very uncomfortable night, I only slept (a short sleep) because I was so tired and woke up very sore. There should be some form of noise reduction installed. It was such a nice room but very uncomfortable.

Modern and good furniture! Breakfast was good, and the views from the last floor are nice. The location seemed a bit far from touristic attractions, needing taxi to move around. The isolation might be better, for example regarding the windows, since there are airplanes flying close by.

Excellent location Great for an overnight; rooms very small. Loved the rooftop breakfast area with views. Great breakfast.

The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are restaurants and cafés nearby. The receptionist was extremely polite and professional, and they kindly offered me an early check-in at no extra cost when they saw I was exhausted — thank you for such outstanding hospitality.

The beds were too small and unconfortable even though we upgraded the room.

Hotel staff absent when I attempted to check in at expected time on new years eve. ( Maybe understandable due to partying but hotel door was locked and no one answered the phone. Had to find another place to stay. Cant evaluate hotel otherwise. Probably wont happen again!

Close to the airport, quick access, good breakfast The last time I booked here the room only had a fan that stopped working in the middle of the night and we couldn’t sleep comfortably
