Easy access Rooms are dated and not well maintained And the costs of the rooms are off the charts compared to other that are more affordable and more comfortable

Quick check-in, convenient location, friendly staff, working WiFi. The hot water wasn't really obvious since there were no instructions and it took at least 5 minutes to start. The bed wasn't very clean, lots of small fuzz which made me a bit paranoid because it looked like bed bugs from afar. The AC didn't seem to work either but I didn't need it.

Clean Change for things that should be free cookies

There was mold in my suite! First they put me in a room on the highway completely noisy, then forced me to upgrade a bunch of money to a room with mold.

I liked the location and secure entrance. The rooms did not look like the pictures. The rooms were dirty and unmaintained. The air conditioning didn't work and was no resolution was provided until 6 hours before my check out.

Friendly staff, good location Sticky floor covering. Grey towels. Noisy TV in the corridor.

Location Fairly basic

Arriving without local currency and hotel paying transfer on my behalf The first night I left at 10pm to catch another flight. The flight was cancelled, I returned to the hotel thinking that I had paid for the full night so there would be no further cost. The hotel said that because I had checked out, I would have to make a fresh booking and pay for it. Effectively I paid twice for the same night.Decent hotel

Walkable neighbourhood. Good breakfast. Clean. A/C. Staff didn’t speak any English which was fine but they seemed very confused by English speakers even when using Google Translate. There was a feeling of dampness on all of the surfaces especially the floor. Didn’t fine dit the most welcoming place.

Nice and comfortable room , very clean and bed was confortable .They were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was okay. I only stayed for one night but I like it. Nothing bad to say

The staff was working well The bathroom were a little bit smelly and the towels looks dirty. The rooms where in the third floor and no lifts in there.

Disappointing

Wifi was good Room was small, a bit dirty, and seemed old. There was somewhat of an odor present in the room. Bad water pressure in the shower, and the sink drain was broken. Road outside is loud.

It’s comfortable but not worth the price Price, tried to gouge us for extra money on checkout. Too expensive for not a great breakfast and not a great location. Breakfast isn’t very good.

Extremely well located to the airport for an early flight out in the morning and well priced when compared to what the hotels closer to the airport are charging. The neighbourhood was also safe to walk around at night with a few restaurant options close by The street noise and light coming in from the illuminated hotel sign directly in front of our room, but the convenience to the airport made it ok

The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean and well presented. I liked the bathroom facilities especially the hot shower. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went beyond their basic duties to help me find a suitable place to eat. They helped me with my order and accompanied me to ensure my safety. I enjoyed their company, thier friendly nature and greatly appreciate thier care. :) I had some noisy neighbours which disturbed my sleep and I had an early flight the next day. I would have liked to have a lamp or reading light in the room for a relaxing atmosphere. There may have been one that I didn't notice. The menu had only one vegetarian option. I understand this is common for Peru and the staff were very accommodating at finding an alternative for me.

They promise upgraded room but finnaly not get it.
