Good facilities

The location. I liked the fact they have a steam room and a sauna HOWEVER the pool is on the first floor WAY TOO FAR from this amenities. Really inconvenient. The miscommunication between staff and the bathtub was so dangerous to get in and out. Literally has a glass panel on the way and could be very slippery and just inconvinient.

Very comfortble. Serving just a coffee at the bar without the full breakfast would be handy.

Location and service The rooms
-
Staff, rooms and overall service. 9th floor had very limited food and alcohol options for an “open bar”. Stick to first floor restaurant.

The room was amazing! We both booked a suite and it was great value. Lovely little touches including macaroons on arrival and a phone call to the room after check in to see if everything was OK, amazing dinner Communication in essence, the fact that the spa is not really a spa, the restaurant, whilst the food was excellent had no ambience - dim the lighting, put up some artwork and a few more plants would make it much more inviting. The team need to be empowered to handle complaints, when we provided feedback it was just met with lots of apologies but no attempt to compensate, a free drink would have been all it took. In addition the door keys inevitably didn't work resulting in numerous trips downstairs

The staff were really friendly, the dinner at the restaurant was very good. The flowers were magnificent. The atmosphere was also great

Location Nothing

Spacious room with sufficient everything. The 5th floor terrace is a great place to stay and disconnect. warm and welcoming staff is the reason why I'm brought back to this hotel. Grover Mishill and Isidro always provides top notch support. can wait to go back in October.
-
All the facilities you need with great friendly staff. Location in a nice area. The breakfast buffet hot food was limited and not very appetizing.
-
Everything and Pablo the 2-10 shift host was true gentleman and very helpful. I recommend his Hotel to anyone!
-
The breakfast could be improved. It's not good as in others Melia Hotels (like Melia Castilla in Madrid, for example)
-
Great rooms, great location. The beds are too hard.
-
Its proximity to a relatively main road meant there was beeping and traffic noise all night - we managed to sleep fine, but it did mean all windows had to be closed

Very good
