Location I booked 2 rooms for my family , one for the kids one for us , requested to be interconnected or on the same floor. Once my booking was confirmed I assumed they can accommodate my request. However we had rooms in 2 separate floors that made our stay very uncomfortable.

Staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the room. I’m now at the Marriot and I actually miss my room with Casa Andina!!

The only thing we found strange was we were in the 18 th floor and noticed a strange fishy smell in the hall

Breakfast was good however I only had the breakfast once. I ate no other meals at the hotel. The western exposure of the room, very hot.

Great location, safe walking to restaurants and malacon. Comfortable bed, ok breakfast, nice staff. Very uneven housekeeping. Sometimes no toilet paper, sometimes no towels. We have stayed here a number of times before and this is a new issue.

Nothing. I would never stay there again!! We arrived the hotel at 3:30 PM (check in starts at 2:00 PM). Our room wasn’t ready, so they made us wait in the lobby for 45 minutes while they cleaned the room. No apology, no voucher for a free drink or meal, nothing. They stored our luggage while we waited and when the room was ready, we were surprised that the porter wasn’t going to help bring the luggage to our room. We asked, but we had to handle the luggage ourselves. The room was somewhat outdated and sections need renovation (definitely). The location of the hotel (street/area) was not what I expected (a bit sketchy). Hotel staff is not very helpful. We stayed at the Casa Andina Premium in Cusco and that hotel was much better. Suggest that the staff learns from them. I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!

The bathroom sink was clogged and was not draining, we could not brushed our teeth and washed hands.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean and the location was great. There were really good estaurants within walking distance and the staff were very helpful. This hotel was very Nice, there wasn’t anything I disliked!
