Location was good but if you are a light sleeper be aware of the traffic noise. Good breakfast. Excellent bed. Great shower. Kind staff The gym was out of order. The room facing the street can be very noisy.

Staff helped me fix a mistake that I made while booking. They were super kind and patient. The location in Miraflores is excellent, very close to Kennedy park and a lot of restaurants/cafes.

The location is opposite Inca Plaza. The room is clean, fresh with air conditioner and comfortable. Our flight arrive early in Lima so we did early check in with extra cost USD35 included breakfast. The breakfast was fine.

Compares with the best 3 star hotels I've stayed in the US, Europe or Australia. As good as the facilities are, the Staff improved my stay.

Great room and location close to parque Kennedy, the starting point of many tours/transfers in Miraflores. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we have an early flight. When we got into the room, we found a couple of small bugs. Thankfully we didn't see any more of them for the rest of our stay. The sink was also leaking a bit but no major issue at all.

I accidentally forgot my wallet in the vault and when i came back to collect it from the reception, unfortunately i am missing some money although their chat support in booking app had been very active in answering the issue when i reported it and according to them they had done an investigation, the money is not much but its just the trust on their staff is what’s i can’t put back anymore.

we got the room which is in the corner, and there is no Internet signal in the room. we have already talked to the lobby, but still no Internet signal in the room.

The bed was super comfy. Nice staff, good location, 24hr reception, clean and the breakfast was easy but good enough. I will back again when I visit next time No
