The staff whas really friendly. Be careful !! You pay fore 24 hours so if you check in for example at 9 in the morning then you have to go out at 9 the next morning I did a early check in at 5 in the morning so when I came back in the evening he told me I could only stay until 5 After discussing for almost 30 min he said it was okay Price off booking is not right!! 75 sol for 1 night

It is the first time it happends in my life. I never felt that bad in a place. We heard people fucking EVERY NIGHT and EVEN the day. After 2 days when we asked for clean towels. They gave us disgusting towels, all black. Again, their justification was that they thought they would be used for the floor. Also the last night the staff woke us up at 4am telling us that we had to leave the hotel. It lasted at least 30 mn because we don't speak Spanish well and they didn't want to use the translator like us. All that to tell us that they had a problem with their computer. The receptionist continued to stay stuck on his computer for 1 hour without answering or looking at us while we were talking to him. We were very upset and his colleague was yawning in front of us. A lack of respect that I had never experienced before. All this to ask us to go back to sleep after that. Everything is normal! The staff is disrespectful and unhelpful. This is the first time I hope an establishment will close because we had a horrible experience, and I wish no one to come to this hideous place. I never leave bad comments on booking but I will contact booking customer service tomorrow because I find it unacceptable that you are woken up at 4am to throw you out when you have paid for the night, not to mention the rest... On top of that, beds are so unconfortable that we both had backpain.

Exceptional

Nothing. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We arrived at 2am to the place (which we informed about in advance) and the receptionist apparently couldn’t find our reservation. He did not speak a word in English and didn’t even try to help us. After a pretty long “conversation” we managed to stay there anyway. The room/hotel looks nothing like the photos. Outside it there is VERY loud construction works starting from 5am. On the second night we asked the receptionist if he could call a taxi for us to the airport for 1am, he told us just “No” and when I tried to ask why he was only shaking his hands. I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

There were quite a few inconvenients staying at this place: there were no electrical sockets, the fan didnt work, the sink splashed water everywhere and there was a lot of noise coming from the corridors late at night. All of those I could honestly not care about, but when it came to the checkout we asked them if we could leave the bags with them until our flight at 6pm and they refused. I don't mind simple stays but honestly the lack of willingness killed it for me, never coming again and canceled the stay we had later this same week.

The hotel personal was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to avoid in Lima. The area is quite safe and there are tons of restaurants. For this good price its ok It was a Sex Hotel. It was really anoying when every 15min you hear other guest entering your neighbour rooms and having Sex. It was loud because of music and the sex noises the whole night :(
