La atención del personal 10/10. La comida del restaurante EXCELENTE.

breakfast on 10th floor with a great view of Lima, convenient location 10' walking from the cliff path all the way to Miraflores and Barranco intrusive sewage smell, didn't enjoy single minute in the bathroom, classic suites don't have windows which is ok for a simple sleepover but inconvenient for a longer stay

The room had 2 windows that looked into a small rectangular space, 0 natural light was coming in. The staff was always watching you and it felt strange. The pillows were giant and hard, and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. I got no sleep.

The pool area was nice The room we first got had no windows to outside, just a wall. Then they charged us to move rooms!

Good location Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. The atmosphere felt very money-driven, and the level of hospitality did not match our expectations. Interactions with staff were not very welcoming, especially until it came time for payment. At one point, I briefly looked into the karaoke room while it was empty, and shortly after, we received a call to our room demanding payment. It felt excessive and uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong. Additionally, basic amenities like toilet paper and towels were provided very sparingly. The walls are quite thin, and we could constantly hear the cleaning staff, which made it difficult to relax. It’s clear this may have once been a very nice place, but it now feels more focused on profit than guest experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Really nice staff and comfortable rooms , the hotel a bit old fashioned and the pool is smaller than it seems but overall great experience

Not much - rooms were very outdated, - Some listed amenities were not available during my stay, (sauna, steam room). Seems to be catered to locals and couples. - Visitor policy was quite ridiculous. If you have guests come to visit you they are only allowed to stay 30 mins in your room. Even after taking their identification information. These strict policies need to be stated in hotel policies on booking sites. As a foreigner it felt very restricted and invasive. And not typical. - also requesting 2 keys was not possible. I personally always like to have 2 keys. - upon check out room inspection is made before you can leave the property. - security in the front is not very friendly.

Friendly, good food, centric, suites are clean and comfortable The garage is a little challenging to park

Amazing staff/crew. And beautiful location.

Nice breakfast, clean, comfortable bed, good location I advised no service needed, in Spanish, returned an hour later and US$40 and PEN 20 was missing.

Facilities are great, gym and sauna are more than decent for a Hotel. Food smell goes through the Hotel
-
No one's fault but the facility is old. Lighting was dim furthering the aging vibe of the hotel. The towels were once white but not anymore.

Great staff and breakfast. And pool. Safe feeling area with food, parks, bottled water and easy access to the ocean walkways. We walked to Barrancos down along the ocean, and back up to the hotel on the trails on top of the cliffs. We used Uber and taxi for airport and historic Lima. Uber is superior for assessing drivers, tracking driver, knowing the rate and pick up times. Taxis and "taxis" in Lima are harder to trust so fully. Toilet paper in trash can is odd for travelers from the US, but typical with local plumbing systems. Not unique to this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness and amenities like the steam sauna were excellent.

Sunday Breakfasts are awesome, the rest of the week is good. The bedroom was VERY clean, new towels everyday. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bastion shower leaks water to the floor while you shower. The surface becomes slippery and is just matter of time that someone will get hurt. The water doesn’t drain and stands still in the bath tube. Got n an informative speech what was allowed and for what I would get charge for (like I wouldn’t know), what made me uncomfortable was when I got lectured that if I leave stains in the bed sheet I would get charged (like I was a kind of a weirdo). During night time get used to hear some women moan, it’s a couples hotel (just a higher category than the paid by hour).

The staff are all professional and willing to make guest stays as good as possible. All the rooms (except two) have windows onto a dark light well. It feels like being in an underground bunker. No natural light. The furnishings and decor are tired and worn. Lighting is maddeningly poor.

Excellent location and delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable, and the overall value for money was great!

The bathrooms had not enough toilet papers and the shower where some kind of dirty

They have an elevator, the room and the bed are big and comfortable The gym is well equipped, even providing water. We had the luxury of selecting the playlist while at the pool. The sauna was organized with scheduled shifts. Breakfast was generous and of good quality. The laundry service is expensive, but there's a laundromat just across the street. There are stores near the hotel, and it's easy to reach the location using public transportation. One of the staff members looked us up and down, as if judging our status, forgetting that he was there to serve guests. We skipped one breakfast, and instead they packed us a very poor substitute, which didn’t compare to the regular breakfast.
