Luxury Hotel Inkari

We stayed here for a short period of time but the staff was very friendly and helpful and they arranged our airport pickup according to our arrival time and they made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The room was nice as well No complaints

Old furniture and horrible service , gym equipment and others stuffs around the hotel obsolete I asked for extra towel and they said oit of stock ffs

Good location

The pool was warm. Room was soundproof and spacious. Decoration. Drains were clogged. Towels and bathrobes were old. Breakfast items were not replenished quickly enough. Staff seemed bothered after regular hours instead of staying friendly.

The property is in a good location and the hotel itself isn’t bad. Reading some of the reviews, it was not luxurious but you can tell that was the intent. The bathroom was beautiful and the room was not bad, it had plenty of storage room. Breakfast was good and had multiple tables. The staff was nice The hotel is a little dark, but it did not bother me

Clean centrally located friendly staff Outdated bathroom, hot tub feels like it will break, toilet hardly flushes. Most of the gym equipment are useless with only one trade mill working out of the 3 and most of the cable machines the cables are either broken or parts missing and it to mention the staff working on visiting ours. The breakfast is limited where nothing is replenished an our to closing. If you get half an out prior to end, you lucky if you find bread or anything to drink and if you decide to have a drink in the bar after ours it will take them at least half an hour to make a cocktail.

The internet connection is terrible, the gym is old and most equipment doesn't work properly, the television is unusable.

It felt like it was missing mantainence and lacked attention to detial. No carpet/rug on the bathroom is just lazy since it will get wet from the shower, and the hairdryer kept disconnecting.

Location is great The swimming pool temperature is too high. It’s like a hot tub. Breakfast is ok . Food is rolled out in tranches. Best time to go is 8 am

Great location Dated and pool/spa closed way too early. I would not say this is a luxury hotel.

Clean and well located. Great AC. Nice staff! Comfortable beds. Security risk in that the Room key cards have the name of hotel AND room number clearly labeled. If your key is list or stolen, your room could be accessed by anyone who has it

Breakfast was ok. Beds and linens were comfy. Location was great. Jacuzzi in every room was def a plus. Kids were in separate room in a suite was also a plus. Facilities were kind of old. Gym has old equipment, pool was way too hot to swim in was like a hot tub. Key to one room deactivated couldn't get a replacement. Door locked between the suits, they couldn't open it for a while. View was u know Lima view. so so.

Cleansing, food quality , over charged for 2 bottle water i used

All services were Amazing: free breakfast with a variety and delicious meals!!! Every thing was good for me
