Pullman Lima San Isidro

Excellent food and variety for breakfast. For the room, the only thing I did not like was that it had a door to communicate with another room, and I could hear all the activity in the other room. And it has a perfect location for transportation or having food outside the hotel. Just in case you have doors to interconnect rooms, please make sure you put a thick door so we can't hear what is happening on the other side, and vice versa. Besides that, everything was great. Loved my stay.

The botones Giancarlo was extremely helpful and the hotel staff was very friendly. I couldn't use the stairs but that's one of my issues with avoiding elevators. Even with it, they were very understanding and accompanied me in the elevator.

Well, everything went well! From the front desk to everyone, they made my life easier. It was a great experience. I can tell that breakfast is one of the best that I have ever enjoyed on business travels There were no issues during my visit; everything ran smoothly during my stay. Congrats team!

The friendliness of the staff. The buffet breakfast. The really comfy beds. Stepping over the bath into the shower. Also one day our towels were replaced but one of the new ones was dirty.

Breakfast for a vegetarian like me was great. Many options. Great cappuccinos on request. Service from the server at the back half of the room was incredible. Attentive and fast. I didnt have a kettle in my room but one was brought on request. Maybe having a tea/coffee station in the room and more bottled water. I did get water on request though but bought myself water from the store across the room

Staff was very nice and responsive, and breakfast was delicious. The lobby is welcoming and conducive to meeting up with people or hanging out alone. I changed my reservation from a Superior to Deluxe room, which got me a Nespresso machine and bottled water. (My colleague kept her Superior room, which provided neither.) Granted, I had to have the Nespresso replaced twice because it didn't work. As with most hotels, the lighting in the rooms could be improved. A light inside or in front of the closet would be especially helpful.

The property was comfortable and clean. The staff were responsive and professional. We enjoyed the hotel breakfasts, found the restaurant very good and appreciated the midday check out I also made use of the excellent gym.

I always stay in Pullmann San Isidro, 3 or 4 times a year, and everything is always fine. Excellent staff and facilities and location. Everything is perfect.
