The location is perfect, and both the room and breakfast were excellent. Due to work commitments I couldn’t make use of the gym this time, but I’ve been there before and it is well equipped. There is also a place called Popurrí where the food is very good and the atmosphere is perfect.

Location. Remise service Reception Staff: My husband and I are not Peruvian Residents but I do have a Peruvian Citizenship. We were about to pay for the stay but the Hotel wanted to split the bill in two for purposes.

For the price I expected a little more

We chose this hotel for the swimming pool as we are regular lap swimmers. The pool stepped out to approximately 22 meters and accommodated, to some extent a pool workout

My husband and I had the lounge access, so we were able to eat the delicious breakfast there! They had so much to choose from, and the service was outstanding. The staff, Esperanza and Francesca took great care of us! Also the location of the Westin was great and there were food choices within walking distance. We recommend Mamma Lola if you go outside of the hotel to eat. There were signs at the hotel for the food court across the street from the Westin, called Popurri and we did not like it. The service was really bad there. The one meal I did like from there was from the Nikkei restaurant at Popurri. We loved everything at the Westin though, but if you are going to promote Popurri, make sure it is at the Westin standard of customer service!

Amazing experience from start to finish Nothing

If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

staff and infrastructure location is extremely noisy, even for a 27th floor suite. extreme noises from the avenue below.

Very kind staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location, comfort. The only thing negative for us was that, when we arrived after a very long flight and got into our room, there wasn’t a bed for our 8 years old child. It was clearly writen that “your child can sleep here for no additional charge” they asked for money for an extra bed. Our room was master suit and we stayed for 6 nights. Then when we explained that with our reservation, stay for the child is free. After that they did not charge it extra. But when we came back to the hotel after staying in another city, to the same kind room, again there was no bed or sofa bed for our child. Because we were really tired and it was just one night, we didn’t ask for the bed this time. I want to write this it maybe will be helpful for other families with children. Thank you.
