Location excellent. Room excellent. Extremely comfortable and pleasant stay Fruit options at breakfast. During our stay there was a bowl of melon on the main table however that was all. I don't like melon so would have liked more than one option if possible.

We booked one of the apartments and it amazing, I stayed with my daughters we loved everything about this place the atmosphere, decor and attention to detail this apartment has everything you needed for your stay. Everything was perfect.

Lovely decor in the rooms and reception areas. Good location if you don’t mind the hill. Personally the beds were a bit soft but not a problem for others.

Superb location for the Castle, Cathedral and Bailgate up hill area of Lincoln. Comfy bed in lovely quiet room overlooking The Castle wall. Excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Special thanks to Julia who appeared to be doing three jobs at once but done with a welcoming smile and approachable friendly response to our questions. Thank you Julia the owners have a diamond in you!

The room was compact but clean and fresh. It was warm but a fan was supplied. A bigger freestanding fan would have worked better but overall very good. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It would have been good to be told before we arrived parking was available. We instead had paid to park opposite. But you are right in the heart of the city, facing the Castle and I could see the cathedral from my room. My only complaint was the price of the breakfast. All four of us wanted breakfast and paid £15 per head. It would have been great to have had the option to pay hald and just have cereal/the continental buffet only. Three of us ordered cooked. It took ages, arrived cold. I ordered poached eggs on granary bread. I received two very over done eggs not on the granary - the toast was one slice of shop bought bread, and was soggy. Not worth £15 at all. The coffer arrived in a tea pot which was weird too. Such a shame since everything else was great.

Good location Had to pay for parking £21 across the road in council carpark we asked about parking at the hotel told because we booked booking.com would have to wait till everyone had checked in. We were put in yhe courtyard where there was a free space outside our room but had already paid. The room was ok. Hairdryer blew up it was very old. The kitchen store room was next-door to our room so staff were constantly walking past our window.
