Our breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. Location was superb on the doorstop of both the castle and the cathedral and plenty good restaurants nearby. Nothing

This place is steeped in history, of which the owner has an extensive knowledge of. It's positioned in an ideal part of Lincoln to access the sights. The bed was so soft and comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfast which was included in the price was cooked with good quality ingredients and staff made sure you wanted for nothing. The price was really good value. Will definitely go back. Didn't affect my stay and if I have to say something, just the missing ball on the bed frame, I found it more to be quirky and fitted in with the ambience of the age of the property.

We had a good view of the cathedral from our bedroom. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and tasted excellent- the other choices looked delicious as well. No adverse comments to make.

Owners very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the guest house was clean and a 1 min walk from the cathedral and castle The cathedral bells starting at 7am, but that's out of the control of the owners

A great little guest house full of character ideally situated in the centre of the old town of Lincoln. Many pubs and restaurants within a couple of hundred yards. We dined at two, both excellent quality, good service and reasonable prices. Guest House was very comfortable and after a good night's sleep, a good choice of a delicious breakfast awaited us. The owner Paul and his staff made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We can't recommend this Guest House highly enough, if we're in the area again, it would be a no brainer to stay here again. A bonus was free on site parking, 10/10 Nothing

Lovely room and pleasant staff

Fabulous location central to attractions. Historic building with delightful features and upper cathedral views. Very happy with our stay No issues with our stay in the upper loft room Few low beams and a steep stairway that are to be expected in a historic building from this period but adds to the charm.

Full of charm and character, a freshly cooked breakfast from a menu not metal tins of congealed food to choose from, right in the city centre but quiet and the staff were kind and welcoming. Nothing at all

In the centre of the old part of town, next to the cathedral and castle, a charming little guest house. We stayed in a room connected to the main property via a corridor where the kitchen is located so not on the main road. It was lovely and quiet. The room was perfect for our needs with a large, modern wetroom and a very comfy bed. We chose the full English breakfast and it was delicious. Would definitely stay there again. N/A
