Adequate and inexpensive. The property is worn . The sheets might have been clean but if so they were stained. Clearly not maintained beyond bare minimum. The front desk person was nice enough. Bare bones experience.

I would not recommend this place at all.

Dirty dirty dirty

After spending approximately 30 minutes speaking with multiple staff members, we were eventually switched to another room. We were specifically told that the new room would have a couch for our third guest, but when we arrived, there was no couch. We also were not provided with the Wi-Fi password, despite being told that it would be provided. There were no towels in the room either. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the condition of the room. There were roaches throughout the room, which made us extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and safety of the accommodations. At that point, we decided the situation was unacceptable and checked out. Instead of staying at the hotel, we drove all the way back home. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the delayed check-in, incorrect information about the room, missing Wi-Fi information and towels, and especially the roach infestation, the accommodations were not at all what we expected or what we paid for.

For the price you get what you expect. Staff is nice and check in was easy. The room was not great. Pretty dusty and smelled funky. But like I said I didn't expect much for a $50 room. But I will not be staying again.

Room appeared clean enough, shower did not drain well, go get breakfast off site.

My encounter with this hotel(America's Best) was horrible. I waited for the front desk for over 10 mins to be checked in. The woman acted as if I was bothering her. I was notified at the moment of a 100 deposit not before. The other residents warned me not to eat the chicken because it made them sick. On my walk to my room the hallway was disgusting due to it being dirty and smelled bad. Upon entering my room the door was stuck. There was a disturbing smell. I located the smell on the walls and bathroom. It was black mold. The room was still dirty like someone just left. The shower and ceiling was rotted and had black mold. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet and sink area was also unclean. I left and unchecked myself from the hotel. I received my deposit back. However, I was still charged a full day for the room when I was there about 5 mins. When I spoke to the woman who checked me in she said she understood and was not shocked about the conditions. When I told her this place is not ok for business she oh well and said I should get my money back from Expedia. All around worst service this is not a good place the pictures are incorrect. This hotel should be closed.

Warning!!!! They charge a $100 deposit when you check in that neither Expedia or the motel disclosed until you get there to check in. Then they don't release it for several days!!! I've stayed at this property before and was never charged this before. I will reversal there again!!!

It Was Cheap and right off the Interstate The pillows were stained and nasty, the walls were dirty, the towels were old ans dirty, and the cable was terrible.

Close to work felt comfortable.
