Sunset Inn & Suites - Lincoln Airport

Customer service is good but the hotel itself is horrible. The place has mold, smells horrible and even though somebody may try to keep it clean, there’s only so much they can do. The hotel needs a remodel job.

I saw no breakfast. The ceiling tile and light in the bathroom was moldy and falling down over the toilet. There were bugs in the sink the next morning when I woke up Lots of things. No furniture in the lobby. Box springs had vomit or shit stains on the sides of them. The halls reeked of old cigarette smoke no matter how much air freshener they sprayed

It definitely needs a lot of work. Honestly, I was okay with the peeling ceiling, holes in the bathroom door, all of that...Until I saw the roach in the sink on the second morning! Thankfully we were checking out otherwise I don't think we would have stayed another night.

They had roaches and kicked me out after I paid for the room

Renovation was incomplete with holes in walls and many amenities not available.

I didn't notice much until I took my shoes off. The majority of the floor was wet. The handle on the toilet was broken so I had to remove the lid to flush the toilet. One of the rooms has a sign on it that says it is condemned. The hallway smelled horribly like pot smoke. Would never stay here again nor would I recommend anybody to stay here.

It was peaceful and there were no bugs It didn't have microwave or coffee maker they could have or they could add more a little bit more features but not that bad

It is a shabby unmaintained building maybe a former Super 8. Staff was able to di the job but not appealing. I had one quiet night in a room with an ac that worked and bedding that was dubious. Ive stayed in worse places. But not many

Staff is nice.

My experience was horrible. There were marks and holes all over walls. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. I woke up about 1:00 a.m. roaches everywhere. That was the final straw. I checked out early. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

It did not look like the room had been cleaned well, garbage can looked dirty, carpet did not look vacuumed, bottle caps on floor, difficult getting out of the bed due to mattress being old, smoke detector broken.
