Great customer service and really good breakfast

There was one party ahead of us when we arrived, the front desk rep handled their check-in quickly and took care of us professionally and quickly as well. Newly built building so rooms were new as well, located in a newly developed retail shopping area with plenty of shopping, grocery, and chain restaurant options (great independent restaurants if you go into downtown Linden/Rahway). They accommodated our request for high flr and relatively quiet night (keep in mind W Edgar Rd, aka rte 1-9 I'd a major artery so there will be residual traffic noise, but that's not the hotel's fault). Good stay.

Everything was really good!! And clean! The place is quiet! The breakfast was excellent—everything!

Great location, near to good food options. 30 minutes from MetLife Stadium which is why we were in the area. Enough parking, room had everything you needed.

Customer service was lacking. We checked in on 15th August at around 9pm. The guy who checked us was not welcoming. No smile on his face. Very strange attitude. This was our first in New York. Being in hospitality industry, he doesn’t have the basic etiquette. We checked out on 17th August at around 11.30 am. The girl at the front desk was not welcoming at all either . When we asked her for the new key because our old was not working , it’s because we checked out after 11.30 am. When asked for the new key, she was making faces , very rude. Felt like the employees here had zero customer skills. The managers should train them how to be welcoming and professional at their work. Also , we noticed the Front desk agent are wearing AirPods during work. Thats very unprofessional. Lack of customer skills, professionalism

The property was in a great location. Shopping stores and eating spots were a stone throw away. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice refreshing aroma once you walk through the door. Bathroom tub was sparkling clean. There is a laundry room to wash and dry clothes. The breakfast was plentiful. Nice tables to sit at, kind of like a cozy little restaurant. This was a great choice! I had no complaints.

Really nice showers and bed

The location is extremely convenient. Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Wawa, and several other restaurants are just about a one-minute walk away, which makes the hotel especially convenient for families. Breakfast is very good, and overall the hotel is very kid-friendly and a great choice for families. The beds are extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated that they provide both soft and firm pillows, clearly labeled, so you can choose whichever you prefer. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room service/housekeeping was excellent. There were only a couple of things I found a little unusual. Complimentary bottled water is not provided in the rooms, so you have to purchase water from the Express Shop in the lobby. There is also no coffee maker or coffee supplies inside the room. However, they do have a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby, which is a nice convenience and the coffee is readily available whenever you want it. Overall, this is a very clean, comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly hotel with great staff and a good breakfast. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

I’ve been here 3X and the reason I come is the cleanliness of the rooms in total : bed , bathroom, couches, desk etc. Staff are nice and professional.

Everything was excellent, except the soundproofing. I think the location was good for visiting NYC when you have a car: We conveniently parked our car at Linden Station and took the train to NYC. The soundproofing between the rooms was poor

Amazing hotel with it being fairly new. Only stayed a night for a concert, but could’ve enjoyed a week there. Next to food, shops and much more.

It was clean. The area was nice. It is located in a great area with places to shop and eat. The only thing was that the live tv option wasn’t working. It wasn’t a big deal though since YouTube and Netflix worked.

Location Ac was terrible and so was the tv connection/wifi. Spoke to staff multiple times and they neglected the situation

Wonderful, practically brand new hotel! I stayed in a king room and it was very clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front desk lady working the evening shift was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I was also very impressed with housekeeping and how tidy my room was when I would return in the evenings, they did a great job making sure I had plenty of towels. Definitely will return again as my daughter just moved to the area.
