Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport by IHG

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the airport with shuttle service.

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Breakfast staff was wonderful.

our room was exactly what we wanted very clean and the staff was very helpful with any questions have stayed here many many times and will continue to do so

Room was very clean. We were given a deluxe room for the price of a regular room—more space was nice. Especially impressed with the shuttle service to BWI. We were given wrong info (from a different shuttle, it turned out) about pick-up location and hotel called us back when driver did not find us at correct stop. We offered to move but he circled around and got us where we were. Returning to airport was well-organized and easy, with departure times as early as 3 a.m. Restaurant on site was excellent—not junk food but real entrees, well-prepared. I’ll definitely stay here again next trip to MD

Nice staff, quick ck in, clean roomy room, quiet, comfy bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were apologetic about the fire alarm at 5:30 am, and were honest about the cause (burnt toast). Our stay was brief but comfortable and pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. The a/c worked well, but was loud.

It’s passable if staying for the night. One staff member was quite rude, so wasn’t the best experience but other staff members did apologize.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was awesome, always pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

Our only complaint was the air conditioning in the room. Thermostat showed the temp was 76 when we arrived. Turned the air all the way down to 62 as suggested by staff, but by morning it had only gone down a couple degrees. Despite this, I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and super convenient location, very close to BWI. Super friendly front desk employees, lots of good restaurants nearby. Water pressure was pretty decent, too! Nice, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!
