The tv cable was to poor not many channels only the app that’s the boy thing they need to change for better

The room was clean but the mattress on the bed was kind of sunken in. I had to go into an important zoom call in the morning and the WiFi was not working which was extremely frustrating. I had to go to a McDonald’s to use their WiFi. Breakfast was fine, reheated egg rounds and sausage rounds. I made a bagel sandwich and it wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever had but it wasn’t bad, either. I wish there had been more fruit options besides apples.

Pool was broken, looked like for a long time.. didnt seem like a plan was inplace to get it working.. there was a $100 deposit that was not stated before or at the time of booking, carpet in room made feet and socks black/dirty, showers drain did not drain quickly, the tub filler/over head water selector was broken and shower head was spraying everywhere. Smelly room from neighbors pot smoking.

Staff was good, not bad but just good. One elevator a very slow one. And why would hotels.com even mention a pool and hot tub that had been closed for two years. Breakfast was maybe 2 out of 10.

My stay was very brief, but it was very pleasant.

The air conditioner had a terrible smell and created issues with my sinus. I had to leave the hotel.

The room was very modern and well kept. Great place to stay and the location from the airport makes it covenant to stay and travel out.

Clean and quiet for a budget hotel. Breakfast was fine. Note they have a bunch of Tesla destination chargers too.

My room was resold prior to my arrival and I was without lodging.

Staff were friendly and the shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was OK. Nice spot for an over night stop or a base close to the train station to get down town.

Good location, comfortable room. Didn't have breakfast, but several places to eat around the area.

The front desk person was working on an alarm when I got there. He was on the phone with the manager. He did not greet me when I entered the building. He continued his conversation with the manager for about four minutes, still without acknowledging me. He attempted to leave the front lobby area to go to another area to disable the alarm. At that time, I asked if he could check me in before leaving the area since it was not an urgent alarm. It was super late and I was exhausted. He said no that I’d have to wait until he came back. The manager on the phone heard the conversation and told the clerk to check me in before going to the other key pad. Maybe someone should have a talk with him and explain what customer service means.
