Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Baltimore-Washington DC/BWI Airport

For location it is great and accessible for trains and airport. Room is decent size, and clean I booked the non smoking room but when we got there the room smeel cigarette.

Clean. Very comfortable beds. And quiet!

I really liked the location, especially because it is close to BWI Airport and several restaurants. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel claims to be smoke-free, the policy is clearly not enforced. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes was strong enough to affect the overall experience. Management needs to take its smoke-free policy seriously and actually enforce it. If you are sensitive to these odors, this may not be the right hotel for you.

I needed to find a computer to use for some business and the staff went above and beyond to help me. It all worked out perfect!

Near to the shopping area

Front desk very nice and friendly especially they let me check in early. Room totally cleaned and convenient.

Water from tub was constantly dripping. Bad smell in room. Top sheets appeared to be dirty or stains on them. Very close to BWI airport.

It was close to the airport and stadium. Our room smelled of smoke, and one of the sheets had questionable substances on them.

Nothing Staff was lazy and couldn’t even stand up to hand paperwork to check in plugs didn’t work ants in the shower room smelled like urine bed had the smell of beer on it water stayed in the shower while showering lamp half broken

okayish for staying 1-2 nights. room smelt like pure weed. i made them notethat down before they charged me

the bad: tiny tiny roaches inside the ac unit and on the chair beside the window. didn't really see them anywhere else in the room until the next day when I had to squish one that wandered over to the bathroom side of the room. I was grossed out. I didn't sleep at all because of it. also... it is LOUD when planes fly overhead.

We will never go to Red Roof again. There should be at least basic sanitation requirements.

Bad: Room very humid and there was an odor. Air conditioner was running, but not effectively. Repairs were needed in the bathroom - rusty panel access and pushed in door knob.

Location Trash left for more than 2 days. Microwave in vending room dirty and the stand is ready to break, not steady. Ice machine upstairs 3rd for constantly has huge puddle of water, someone is going to hurt themselves. Huge holes in dresser drawer couldn't put my clothes in there. Room 334
