The location is so convenient, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. We were able to get a good night sleep before our early flight.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, kitchen is very clean. Our room is clean and they clean it everyday…

The staff were always professional, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and delicious options to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service. We would happily stay here again!

My stay at Hyatt House was an excellent experience. The facilities (room and all common areas) were well kept. The staff were exceptional at their jobs from the front desk staff to courteous and helpful shuttle drivers.

Everything was great. I had a lot of things that I had to work out with stays and having to stay longer than what I thought we’re moving up there and Harold behind the desk help me immensely all the people that work. There were great great breakfast just I could give him six stars instead of five I would do it.

We came to the area for an event and found the hotel to be in a great location, close to the airport and lots of destinations. And it was a short distance from a huge outlet mall with a ton of restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. If we ever need to go back to Baltimore, we will definitely stay here.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. called for shuttle three times and waited 45 minutes before finally paying $15 to a taxi to take ys two miles to the hotel. Check in quick but night clerk overwhelmed, mentioning he would like to “throw the phone in the trash.” Supposed upgrade was a kitchen we didn’t need in a room echoing with plumbing and ac noises and planes taking off all night.

Just an okay airport but rather uninspired venue.
