The service and the breakfast were excellent. The property is lovely really but the only thing I would point out to travellers is to be aware the property has steep stairs so be careful with heavy luggage. However the staff at the hotel were super sweet and helped us with our bags.

Location was great - nice and quiet but close to some great restaurants. The staff was beyond helpful and they made you feel right at home. Lastly, the room was great - lots of space and was very comfortable!

Loved this place. Quiet street, but easy to walk around the corner to the parks, restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable. The staff was so kind, very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, with gluten free bread even if you asked. Nothing

The location was perfect and close to many great cafés and restaurants. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast each morning was excellent. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Príncipe Real! The only downside during our stay was that a family with young children was staying in the room next to us and they were really loud in the corridors/coming up and down the stairs (particularly in the mornings). Fortunately, they checked out after a couple of nights!

Everything. I have stayed in many different countries and many different Bed and Breakfast locations. This one is by far the best. Angeleno, Mariana and John. We miss you. Your customer service was far beyond normal!! Nothing

such a sweet staff, great breakfast, so kind to kids

Elevator didn’t work, but they carried our bags up, then back down for us (we just felt bad that they had to do that).

One associate working the morning shift was extremely nice and caring Misleading room. False advertising.

The staff are simply wonderful…always there to assist with any needs we had! The bed was comfortable, The location is great…close to many different squares, restaurants and a short walk to where we met for various tours. The room was lovely however needed a bit of attention. We always enjoy watching TV in bed but this was not possible as the TV is in the sitting room. There is no fridge. Lots of stairs.

Everything - the rooms were spacious, friendly staff No sheets on the beds- the comforters get too hot

Location. Staff. Room size. Clean.

Great location
-
Great quiet location. Less touristy which is great but still is on the edge of all the action No elevator so would not be good for any kind of accessibility persons

Breakfast was good and varied: cheeses, fresh vegetables, eggs, yogurt, fruits, chocolate spreads, and different types of bread — everything you need to start the day comfortably. The location is a big plus: close to a beautiful viewpoint over the city, and within walking distance of Chiado and the Baixa neighborhoods. Overall, a great stay and a place I’d definitely recommend. At first sight, the lobby felt a bit small and there was a noticeable smell, so I was honestly a little skeptical. But the moment I entered the room, my impression completely changed.

The property was nice and cozy. The staff was the best part. I felt comfortable. Especially Angelino who tried to make me feel at home

We enjoyed breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room was located on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs to get to the room.
-
Really beautiful rooms with a lot of space. The location was really nice with some great restaurants around the corner. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing, we really enjoyed the location and room.

Location was great and staff was outstanding- they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Jaoa and Angeline were wonderful hosts.

Extremely comfortable, great location and the sweetest staff

The staff is amazing! Welcoming, attentive and there to give the best possible experience. The room I stayed was also very spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was also very good. Close to tourist attractions and to restaurants. This is not something I didn't like, but a fair warning that some of the hotel rooms require going up stairs.
