If you want to be away from the crowds, this is a perfect location. We took rideshares to the main areas close to the river, but were happy to come back "home" to a residential neighborhood at the top of the hill. The breakfast is amazing with quite a bit of variety each of the 4 days we were there, and the breakfast area was lovely both inside and outside. Breakfast is served from 7:30 - 10:30 daily. We stayed in a suite which had two separate bedrooms joined by a small hallway and bath. It was great! The staff were friendly and available. The two bedrooms in our suite were not the same temperature and the air conditioner blew straight onto the bed, making for a chilly wind through the night while sleeping. Even though our rooms were straightened while we were out, new towels were not provided until we learned that we should put the used towels on the floor and then we would get new ones the next day. Also, there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep, as in any older building. To get to registration, one needs to walk in the door and up a flight of stairs and then down another flight. This is also were breakfast is, so we got a lot of stair flights in, but this might be a concern for one with limited mobility.

In a local neighborhood. Clean and equipped with all amenities. Great air conditioning! The shower is a little small but manageable.

Loved the clean room. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed in an apartment. It had everything: fridge, two burner stove, microwave, and a "mini bar" should we have forgotten something. The rooms were nicely appointws, and as we needed two beds, staff set them up for us ahead of our arrival. We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings very much and the WiFi worked very well.

The staff is above and beyond helpful and kind. Property was very clean, very well taken care of. Great location! They even give us an picnic bag for our early flight to eat on the way. Also, they have gifted us a zucchini jam from their farm which we are looking forward to try at home. 100% great experience.

The property is kept very clean. It’s very quaint but the staff go above and beyond. They took the time to help the way a concierge in a fancy hotel dreams of!

The location was perfect, amenities were great, and staff was wonderful!!! Our balcony view was better than we could’ve imagined!

Loved the location and the staff! Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely gorgeous small hotel, great staff, super helpful, perfect location, delicious breakfast. Everything built with sustainability and eco-friendliness in mind. The internet was a little bit slow, not the best for a work conference call.

We stayed in a two bedroom room which was incredible! The beds were so comfortable! Lots of room for our suitcases and to move around the room. The shower was tight but very clean!! Loved the old world charm of the building. The staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was amazing!! Hope to make it back later in our trip. Will definitely look for this hotel in its other cities!! Thank you for a great stay!! That we couldn’t stay another night!!

i would come back to this place again if I am in Lisbon. The best thing about this property is the staff, everyone was super hospitable and made us feel so comfortable. I would want to call out Joana, she was super amazing, not only did she give us great recommendations, She went the extra mile and created picnic baskets for us and even checked on us if things are all good once we left Lisbon. This level of personal touch is very hard to see. If you are looking for a quaint comfy place to stay this is the place to be. We loved every bit of our stay. Thank you so much to the team here especially Joana.

Quiet and peaceful Close to so many great restaurants Not enough towels and there is no tissue box

View was gorgeous

Caring, Kind, attentive and genuinely engaged staff Very good breakfast Wonderful rooms Great shower pressure Wish they had baggage storage closer to the entrance rather than down the stairs (my suitcase was heavy).

Great hotel in an incredible location — close to lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Staff is very helpful. Lots of breakfast options. We had a very large room with a city view — check photos in advance before booking (some rooms are very small).

The staff is lovely and its a good location. Breakfast is pretty good. The young people who work there do try really hard. Building is very old and you hear every step above you and between the rooms. There's no elevator so you hear everyone going up and down the staircase. It feels more like a cheap apartment rental than a 3 star hotel. I was in room 444 and there were no drapes s to block the light.
