To many drug dealers outside around hotel

We loved the location even though it was pretty close to what we nicknamed "crack alley". That area was easy to avoid and you'll know it when you walk through it (even when you walk through it you don't feel unsafe and this can't be helped by the hotel). The hotel was within very easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and sightseeing. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast was pretty great and the coffee options were good. We didn't care for the rainfall shower head. There were several streams of water that shot over the door into the bathroom and into the window covering. Would it stop us from staying there again? No. Was it irritating? Yes. We also didn't like the pillows. They were very flat and needed 2-3 to make a decent pillow.

The location was great? Close to Rossio station, the metro, tram 28 was less than 5 min walk. N/A

Staff were friendly and did their best to compensate for the property’s poor facilities. Aircon was broken, cockroaches at the property, cleaners left hair and food from previous guest in our room.
-
The breakfast provided had everything you would need. The food was fresh and the pastries were delicious. The staff were lovely and setup looked beautiful and it made for a very welcoming and cozy morning in the hotel lobby. Thank you! N/A

The AC didn’t work in the middle of summer. We had to buy our own fan just to barely be comfortable in the room. The fridge didn’t work. Our key stopped working multiple times.
-
It was very hot outside so the AC had a hard time keeping the room cool. It didn’t cool down until around 1 AM. Fans should be put in the rooms.

We loved our stay at this beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. The location could not have been better—right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Breakfast was included and offered a great start to the day. The hotel itself had plenty of charm and character, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean and cute, friendly staff Location was great but could get a little loud outside at night at times

We were an impressed by the whole experience! Now part of our top 5 favorite hotels across the globe!

Location and staff were amazing! Nothing

The room was small but comfortable. The AC worked well. The shower was nice. Breakfast was very basic, with no hot food, but fine, as advertised. The hotel is in a superb location, on Roccio Square. The corner of the square near the hotel seems overrun with jobless immigrants. About two dozen men hung out on the corner of the square all three days I was there. At night, the taxi drivers on the side of the hotel were yelling and fighting. For hours. Definitely not locals.

The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It would be good to have tea making facilities in the room. The water in the jug downstairs was not very hot and its not the same having to go down to get a cup of tea. The bed is more comfortable than most of the beds we experienced but could still be a bit softer. The glass door in the bathroom is a problem when one person uses the bathroom in the night and the light wakes the other person.

The Deluxe Double rooms are fantastic - well appointed and spacious. the superior double rooms are fine, but crowded and the bathrooms could use a little updating.

It’s a great location with easy walking to many sights . Could be a little noisy with all the people that just hang out on a street to the side
