The location is perfect to in terms of easy access to everywhere in the city however it is right across the Rossio train station which does mean much more noise and being around a crowd you would want to avoid if you are travelling alone. We felt secure in our room and hotel, however if I was travelling alone I could prefer a location further away from the station. The hotel does not have additional facilities so if you're looking for wellness etc you will not find it.

I loved the location. It was near the plaza. Finding restaurants for lunch and dinner was so easy. Shipping was close by.

I loved it! The location is amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When we arrived, our room was freshly cleaned and ready for us. The staff went above and beyond they helped us get reservations at some of the most popular restaurants that usually require a week’s notice, and they managed to arrange it within just one day! They were always available, attentive, and eager to help. They recommended the best places and restaurants to visit and assisted us with all our activity bookings. I will definitely book this place again! Honestly nothing

The staff was very professional and prompt. I was not aware of the construction outside prior to my arrival. I was on first floor and facing the construction so I could never have the windows open due to privacy and noise.

Beautiful building, great restaurant, friendly staff and large room. In the heart of all the touristy stuff. Encountered a few aggressive panhandlers.
