The hotel boasts modernly renovated rooms, clean rooms, polite staff, and a convenient location close to public transportation (metro, buses, and highways). A standard continental breakfast is offered, with an omelet or sausage option available. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is fully equipped (shower gel, hairdryer, and fresh towels are provided). Limited options for breakfast. Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom, which is not very convenient.

It was very well located, near several bus stops and a metro. You also have a lot of shops around the area. The staff were very nice, especially Teresa Maybe they could add a minibar to the rooms since it was very hot and you didn’t have anywhere to cool your water. Also, the breakfast options were pretty limited

The staff is really helpful The building is old and we can hear the pipes when someone is taking shower in the room next ours. Also the blackout curtains are not so blackout in the 5th floor. The others floors are ok.

Comfortable bed and large room. All very clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely. Rooms are quite basic. No tea and coffee in the room and no small fridge in the room which surprised me given how large the room was. Breakfast provisions are similarly pretty basic.
