We liked a lot the room and the position of the hotel in the city. It is very close to nice restaurants, pubs to have an amazing breakfast or brunch and the staff is always helpful with tips. None, everything went well for us.

This was a much nicer hotel than I expected. A little away from the tourist areas but safe, easy walking and really not far if you like to walk. We were about a 30-40 minute walk to the water. The room or suite we had was perfect, large living area, nice separate bedroom with two separate beds (nice change from most places where there is no real separation and as friends traveling together we wanted our own beds), nice bathroom and strong shower. The breakfast buffet was huge with most everything you could want. Staff gave us a nearby good (seafood) recommendation for dinner. Easy checkout and a 30 minute (with traffic) BOLT ride to the airport. Never saw the gym because we were only there one night. All in all a hotel I would return to if I ever go back to Lisbon. Not much. Would like to have eggs made to order but that's about it.

Everything! It is a beautiful hotel, very kind staff, beautiful room, very comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was over priced and not very tasty. The staff were unfriendly It was my first visit Portugal and I found the staff cold, unwelcoming. I’m from Canada and was travelling alone. The hotel was clean and nice however.

The best hotel we gave stayed in. In Lisbon at a great price point. Huge rooms. Super clean and comfortable. Kitchenette as well! Great to have a coffee available in room for first thing. Thank you. Nice 30 minute walk to historic Baixa area of Lisbon. Actually had underground paid parking too. 12 euros for 24hours. Other hotels say they have it and it's full and not available. Breakfast was 18 euros! Would have had it if 12. We wouldn't eat that much in the morning. We went to A Carola cafe instead, 2min walk down road.
