The hotel was central to downtown and only a 20-30 walk to the waterfront area and popular tourist areas. Located in a quiet mixed use residential and commercial area. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, abundant and tasty. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and frequently disconnected, going in and out.

Clean and basic, suitable for a 2 night stay. Staff member who stored our luggage before check in and another staff member who handled our ID during check in were very friendly. The staff member greeting us at the desk and who check us in wasn’t particularly warm and welcoming. Very efficient and we didn’t seem like an inconvenience to him or anything, he just wasn’t very friendly, but he got the job done! Also no replacement towels given after room cleaning and after our originals were taken. We ended up with two bath towels between 3 people.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, Good location for central metro hub. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff when asking for advice on how to get to locations . Just a minor one really , Having to pay extra for any additional tea bags, quite frequently at other hotels I have stayed at across Europe FOC as a courtesy
