Great location, staff was friendly and attentive, very clean, excellent breakfast, facilities were tops.

Staff were amazing, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We were with a one year old baby and felt looked after our entire stay. If I have to find something, the ventilation in the bathroom was not working properly and steam after bath:shower went into the bedroom which increased humidity. This was our only slight discomfort, everything else was perfect.

The staff at Portobay Marques is excellent - warm, friendly and attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was always a good place to come back after a long tiring day. Location is very convenient to the Metro and just about a 20 minutes car ride from LIS airport, also a convenient distance to the Lisbon downtown area. There are some interesting local Pastry shops within 5 minutes walking distance to try out local treats. Nothing to mention here. I had a great experience during my stay.

Dinners were exceptionally great, staff is very well trained and polite. Hotel is on a great location. Will definitely return !

I particularly like the convenient but quiet location. It’s just one block from the main shopping street, Av. da Liberdade, and the Parque Eduardo VII, with bus stops and metro access nearby. Yet the hotel itself is always quiet and calm.

The room is too small with limited space for your clothes/bags. No powerpoint/USB on both sides of the bed (had to remove the bedside lamp plug from the power socket). Expensive (not a luxury hotel and no view or aspect etc). Might be cheaper during weeks with less demand.

Super facilities. Great dipping pool. The breakfast was extensive catering for many tastes. Clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Can't fault it in any way. It was a lovely 20min walk into Lisbon centre which is downhill on the way. Up on the way back! Not a problem for us but may be for others.

Convenient location to explore Lisbon, close to the metro and park Margues. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Small rooms and crowded breakfast and rooftop areas.

Good sized rooms with spacious bathroom and large towels. comfortable large beds with good pillows. additional towel rail or hooks would be helpful especially when you have wet bathing suits. No PowerPoints or usb ports next to bed. Also long mirror on wrong door in wardrobe. Pool area needs a functioning bar

I opted for the less expensive room, but unfortunately, there was no outlet on one side of the bed, and the bed was positioned only 20 cm from the wall. Additionally, the window overlooked a concrete wall. For a 4-star hotel, such conditions are unacceptable.

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Gym is small but adequate. They have a wet and dry sauna and a small plunge pool. Even have a roof-top bar (self-service). The room is big with a sitting area. Nice and big! One of the best things is the restaurant in the hotel - OMG the food is delicious! Even the breakfasts were great. Loved it here! Nothing - lovely place to stay.
