The location is the best of Lisboa

The experience at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were super attentive and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was another major highlight—it was amazing with a wide variety of options. Even with dietary restrictions, I found it very easy and stress-free to enjoy a great meal. Plus, the view from the breakfast area is beautiful! The hotel also offers a great gym, and the location is highly accessible and easy to get to. Everything about our stay was comfortable and well thought out. Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

More outlets in the rooms.

The front desk found me some ice and the dining room gave me coffee to take to my room in the morning. I loved the view from the dining room. I went to the gym also. The treadmill was a little noisy, needs a check up. I used it late but no body complained.

My husbands first time in Europe. We are both disabled and traveled with mobility scooters. The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel comfortable. Elevator was too small for one of our scooters. However they offered the shipping elevator and even escorted me to use it.

AC unit was somewhat slow to ramp up and cool down the room. Location was near the metro station but also up the hill from the downtown area. Overall probably on the lower end of 4-stars but not horrible.

The hotel’s concept is what initially drew us to book it, and it’s perfect for lifelong cinema lovers. Its location is excellent, right in front of Marquis of Pombal Square and Eduardo VII Park, which during the Christmas season, transforms into Wonderland, an ideal spot for families with children or for adults who are young at heart. For travelers not arriving by car, public transportation options such as buses and the metro are conveniently available. The hotel is also close to Liberty Avenue, an easy and scenic walk lined with beautiful buildings and high-end boutiques, and at only 15 or 20 minute walk from Bairro Alto. The service was consistently good, and both the front desk staff and those working in the dining area were very kind and always willing to help. The room, at least ours, was not soundproof, so every time our neighbors closed their door, it felt as if it were happening inside our own room. The TV was quite small; it would be nice if it were a bit larger. I also missed having light switches and power outlets on both sides of the master bed. The dining area feels cold during the winter, so upgrading to more modern windows could be a good idea.
