Rooms were big and spacious Clean Breakfast was excellent Some level of noise from door closing

Wasn't busy The hotel is very old ... Equipment and facilities are mostly broken or not working Phone in the room didn't work I had an argument with reception to change our room so we could have a working phone .. they finally changed the room and the phone still didn't work so for every thing needed I had to run to the reception The gym equipment were broken and no ventilation at all. I don't think they should be really in operation until problems are fixed but ....

Location and comfort Liked everything

Staff friendly, breakfast good, hotel is very 'tired'. Gym is poorly equipped and very hot. Rooms were clean but smelt 'musty'. Location is good but noisy. As above. This really isn't a four star hotel. It is in need of a big update. But fine for a one night stay. The staff were nice.

That was an awful experience. There was mold in the room, which is unacceptable - and dust everywhere. Very dirty hotel! When I asked to change the room, we checked 5 more rooms - and all of them had mold! Photos attached. I don’t recommend this hotel. Never stay here.

Based on the photos I am sending you, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel I booked. We were very unhappy with the condition of the room we received. First of all, it had a very musty smell, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the furniture was extremely outdated. What bothers me the most is that this hotel is absolutely not worth 4 stars, and based on the photos, I’m sure you would agree with me.

The lounge Mouldy rooms, terrible smell, the fridge was disgusting. We had to leave the window all night open because the mouldy smell was unbearable.

Location, personal and breakfast There was a mold smell in the room, in the cabinet and under the window the room I was had mold black spots. It was not safe to sleep in such conditions

The breakfast The rooms were smelling dump, the fridge was disgustingly dirty and mouldy. We have to have the windows open all night as I am allergic of mouldy. Very bad!

I really liked the location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, there's a nearby supermarket, a gas station, and the highway is just under the hotel, I really like the staff, they were very nice and made an effort to provide me with the meals that I asked for even though it required a stretch in the menu, some of the staff are really young and professional, I slept really good, the view is nice, you can see a bit of greenery and a bit of the lake, the food was good! Thank you very much! The rooms are not sound proof at all I could hear everything the other people were doing in their rooms, the rooms that were sharing a wall with me, I could hear someone in their bath I could hear people talking and I could even hear people doing intimate stuff which I didn't appreciate, there was an incident said I didn't appreciate when I put a sign on my room that says do not disturb or accommodate the room but someone removed it I don't know who, and my room was organized, I like my privacy so I didn't appreciate that but then I told the reception lady about it and she told me to personally tell her so then the next day nobody entered my room. Another thing I didn't like is the infrastructure of the parking lot, it has huge dents and bumps which can severely harm rental cars or private cars, I don't think that it's supposed to be that way the road should be straightened even though I don't know how much it costs, but I would make sure that customers don't have to maneuver around bumps and holes while they enter my hotel if I ever owned one, just to put myself in the shoes of management, things of this sort need to be fixed it can be expensive I can imagine, but the damage to the customer's car is not worth it.

Ease of getting to and from the hotel, so close to estadio national, which was my whole reason for booking Hot Food was very limited for breakfast,

Bed and tv. The first room (128) was awful, it did not have any sound proof, it sounded like the window was opened, it was really cold, the AC was broken and the carpet looked really dirty, and the room had a mouldy smell. Then changed to another room (126), bathroom was dirty, like the floor looked dirty, then the carpet looked dirty with hairs, the AC worked but then when I went for a shower in the morning the shower pipe had a hole so the water didn’t reach the shower head which made it impossible for me to take a shower. The bathroom should have more toiletries, it was really poor. The room’s door was really difficult to close, I had to push it really hard!! Paid extra for breakfast and it was crap, really disappointed! I paid 70€ which wasn’t cheap and it was definitely not worth it. Stayed in better hotels for less money. I wouldn’t rate it was 4*.
