Great location , quiet, parking reasonable

Location was ideal. It wasn’t cool enough in the rooms. We could not control the temperature like the other hotels we stayed at.

It was a great location, very close to all of the shopping and key tourist places but away from the crowds and chaos. We ended up having to book a couple additional nights in Lisbon before our next flight and immediately chose this hotel again because it was such a delightful stay. The room was large enough for two, the staff were incredibly friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions, and the location was perfect and very quiet.

The room had all the facilities in working order: safe, coffee, AC, lighting. The beds were very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. The shower had great water pressure and hot water 24/7. The outside pool was wonderful and had great atmosphere. The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety to it. The shower room was cramped due to decisions about putting a bidet next to the toilet. The room itself was a on the small side. Some things needed replacement / fixing - the bathtub had spots that couldn't be removed. Some small fixes in the room walls seemed unprofessional and did not match the aura of the room.

Great location and great breakfast. The room was clean. The hotel was being renovated so we couldn’t not relax at the lobby. The information about the property was misleading stating that they had a pool and a rooftop bar. You had to walk down the street (hill) to their sister hotel. Also, the quick walkway outside to the sister hotel pool was under construction. So you had to walk down the hill and on the street, then walk though the sister hotel to get to the hotel then back. It was not convenient. We were also questioned a number of time why we were in that hotel and using their pool. It was frustrating. Then we were blocked in the elevator using our hotel key to go up the to neighborhood rooftop bar even though it was mentioned that they were sister hotel. It was very confusing and misleading. If I knew this, I would have booked another hotel. Also the check in was at 3 and it took them over 1/2+ hour to get into our room.

The property was beautiful and well maintained inside the hotel. After check in, the staff were kind and always friendly. The location was perfect. Half of our rooms were not ready till after 4pm! With excuses until we stood at the front desk as a group of 10 talking till they got the idea they were an hour and half late after the check in time on a MONDAY!!!! With NO apology! Unacceptable! Also, to get to the pool area you had to cross pipes, rebar, dumpsters, old furniture, broken tiles and heavy equipment for a week! Again unacceptable!

Good location on a quiet street but very central. Comfortable bed and good size (we had two doubles put together). Nespresso machine and tea kettle in the room. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Everything was very clean and looked new. Good water pressure in the shower. Bathroom was tiny, barely enough room to move and nowhere to put things. Keep that in mind especially if you have mobility issues. Shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom floor (we had a tub with a glass door covering half of the tub and water was leaking everywhere, parents had an actual shower but the floor sloped the wrong way, so all water was going into the bathroom instead of the drain). It was ok for our 1 night stay but would be challenging dealing with this every night. Also our sink barely drained, it needs to be unclogged.

It was tucked away off the Main Street that made it very quiet. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the centre and all the action. Loved that. No issues at all.

The staff were exceptional at this hotel - friendly and helpful. They gave us some restaurant recommendations that were excellent. The hotel, located on the Avenida de Liberdade, is well situated to begin exploring Lisbon.
