I liked the bathroom. It looked newly renovated. It was wonderful that there was AC as it was hot in the city at that time. The staff allowed us to store our bags there for the day after we checked out. The only thing negative that happened was the tap machine was out of order so we had to go to the bank to pay in cash. It all worked out and they provided a receipt for our payment.

Location The air conditioning was broken the day before, and failed to let me know until I showed up at 6:30pm. The room was like walking into an oven or furnace. I specifically booked it because it advertised ac. They did not reply to the 3 phone calls and text messages via WhatsApp (the number they gave me). All I wanted was a comfortable room, for a good night’s sleep, that did not happen. After very poor night’s sleep. Had to keep the window open all night and it let in the street noise and light, room was still in the 80s F in the morning.

This property is in an excellent location to be able to walk or take public transportation to the many sites of the city. It is on the top floor of a charming and typical Lisboa condo. The rooms are bright but there are no views out of the windows because of the outside building structure. It was a good value for the money. Staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working so it was not very comfortable for sleeping. This problem was specific to our room only and hopefully it has been repaired by now.

Small BnB on a very upscale location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice variety for breakfast…and since I’d been traveling for a while the staff washed, dried, and folded my clothes for a very reasonable price.

The hallway around the elevator was dark in the evening. The space needs a night lìght.

Could not imagine staying in a better location. You are above all of the luxury shops in Lisbon and within 5-10 mins walking of great restaurants, parks, and activities. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable enough. They stored out luggage prior to check in as well! We stayed in two different rooms at this hotel during our trip. The first room had an air conditioning unit that did not work (we just opened the window and it was fine since it is spring time) and the shower in the first room was very small. Did not have either issue in the second room.

The Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. We checked out early the last morning and the staff packed us breakfasts to go. The Room was very small and the angles of the ceiling reduced the amount of useable space without banging your head. There was very little space to put luggage or get organized. There was a noise of running water which started at 1:30 the first night and came on every 15 minutes. We taped the noise and sent it to the staff and manager. The noise did not happen the 2nd night. The hot water in the shower was limited and didn't last long enough to provide a decent shower. When we arrived, we were told the credit card machine was not available and we would have to pay cash or e-transfer the funds. The manager was able to resolve the issue the second night, but that was a deal breaker. We had said that we could only pay by credit card.

Breakfast was good when provided. First morning there, no staff and no breakfast and no notice that it would not be provided Let us know that you couldn’t provide the service and and maybe offer a discount or a breakfast alternative. A half day was wasted.

Location was very good. Close to the metro. Staff were very nice and responsive. Packed us a breakfast when we had to leave before breakfast time. Shower was really small and the room got very humid. Breakfast was not great. Not bad, just very simple. Coffee was not always available in the morning.

A little cramped, but I was only 1 night there.

The beds were comfortable. It was mostly quiet at night, even though there were some parties on the street below. Breakfast was nice. They packed us a bag for breakfast for an early morning tour. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small and the door couldn’t be opened fully. It was definitely one person at a time! Someone with mobility issues might not be happy in this room. It was also easy to bump the valve handle in the shower and make big changes to the temperature.

Location is perfect, breakfast is good and room is small but nice with comfortable beds. Everything was ok

I was with my girlfriend, so I was expecting a double bed but instead we got 2 single beds. Additionally, the wall between rooms were very thin, so we were woken up around 5 a.m. by a group that had probably just come back from a night out and started talking really loudly.
