Staff was wonderful! Very solicitors and location was great Waiting an hour in the morning for a cup of cappuccino. Only the breakfast buffet available no separate place to get anything à la carte except your room which as I said took over an hour. Hotel had more the feeling of being on a cruise ship too many people and not enough staff although staff was wonderful. Unacceptable little things like drain broken in sink worst thing was air-conditioning no way it kept rooms cool. lobby was unbearable also. Granted it was 90° but it was May I wonder what they're going to do in the summer. Most staff was over the top accommodating. One person continued to give misinformation without a smile. Also looks like every other hotel which was disappointing I could've been in Cleveland

Location. Beautiful room. Large studio Didn’t have hot water but they ended up fixing on 3rd might and manager was so accommodating and refunded us half the cost. Overall we loved it!

Very customer friendly, great staff ıncl. Hotem manager and dutt manager Pedro. There is construction weekkdays between 10-16. Vontinous drilling noise. We were moved to another floor but construction continued. We wereNOT informed about contruction during booking nor check in. This is NOT honest. I had to work from Wednesday to Friday during construction

Location is in the center of Avenue Liberdade, a lot to do near by location, Room and Bathroom are spacious. Breakfast was great a lot of variety in their Buffet.

The view from the roof. The room window opens to a closed courtyard. The price is overwhelmingly and unjustifiably high! Even in Paris and London we didn't pay such a sum. The room is not big enough, only one chair and a small closet. My suitcase was damaged by the hotel staff. We complained, but nobody seemed to care. For the sum we paid, they could at least apologize and even perhaps offer some compensation.

Location, luxury rooms, SIXT rent a car next door, pool grounds are beautiful and roof top one of the best views of Lisbon. Rooftop bar gets do busy it’s hard to get a table.

From suggesting hidden gems to visit, to securing reservations at popular places , Marcus's insights made navigating the city effortless and enjoyable. His polite demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for helping guests set a standard of service that is certainly hard to beat. In addition to the exceptional dining and concierge service, the hotel itself boasts elegant accommodations, impeccable cleanliness, and an inviting atmosphere. The well-designed spaces provided a tranquil escape after a day of exploring, making it an ideal refuge to unwind and recharge. Overall, my week in Lisbon at hotel TIVOLI was an unforgettable experience. Located in the heart of Lisboa! Great staff all around! It was crowded this time of year. Room had an A/C problem!

Great property Nothing

Location Overpriced for a lobby that doesn’t even have AC, the shower head was about to fall out the ceiling in one of the two rooms

Room was quite a good size with river view. Excellent location, great breakfast and very attentive bellmen and staff. Bathroom wasn´t up to the hotel standard, towel had a tear. AC in the room wasnt cold enough. There was always a queue on the reception for check in and out. There was a big and complete gym, but the lighting needs to be rethink, it was dark and they were using big spotlights to help with the overall lighting.

Location location location They put me in room 434, which is right at the elevator so it was quite noisy all the time with people coming in and out the elevator, and I think my upstairs room neighbor was jumping rope almost every day or something similar. Additionally, my room wasn’t clean one day and so I had to call the housekeeping to get it done when I returned at 4pm thinking it would’ve been ready. One more thing: I went to the rooftop bar upstairs to get a late night drink and as a guest I thought I’d have immediate access to the bar inside but instead of it they directed me to the bar outside, kind of “oh you’re a hotel guest sure come and enjoy the freezing empty bar outside”, even though the bar inside was not full.i of course took the outside way but went inside nevertheless as I’m smart enough to detect when staff play smart in detriment of guests.

You cannot go wrong with Tivoli in Lisboa. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This was my fourth stay at this property, and look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely loved our five nights at the Tivoli Avenida, it is in a great location within walking distance to the Marquis of Pombal Square for hop on hop off buses, and in all other directions for plenty of beautiful restaurants and shops! Staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and the restaurant and bar were both great spaces! We would absolutely recommend staying here for a wonderful break!
