Everything. It is spacious and its staff are super friendly and professional. Its location is ideal. The hotel has a lovely view of the river and is in the center of the old downtown with its cobblestone streets. It is a charming hotel in every sense. Nothing

We loved everything about the Hotel do Chiado. The staff first and foremost!! Treated us like Family, so kind and generous. They would go out of their way for us. The staff was very kind; the location is excellent. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. They also left a delicious pastel de nata for us. Everything was great.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. They took our luggage up while we were out waiting for our room to be available. We booked a room with a terrace and view of the houses, St George Castle and The Tagus River. It was beautiful and we loved to sit out there. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff very accommodating and polite. Breakfast was a buffet with coffee and juice options, plenty to choose from with a wonderful view and calm atmosphere with low music. Our room was beautiful, classy and stylish in decor' with good shower and branded robe/slippers/ toiletries. No sound at night, very clean hotel in the heart of Lisbon. We will definitely return. It was all wonderful.

We had a very nice room overlooking the pedestrian mall, but it was very quiet when the windows were closed. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location, excellent service, comfortable room, and the view from restaurant and balcony was spectacular! No spa or pool.

Very comfortable hotel with great service. The breakfast was exceptional. The rooftop terrace was terrific for a spectacular view of Lisbon - pleasant place to enjoy the vista with a glass of wine after dinner. The location is central to all of the sites in Lisbon and to the train station - for a day trip to Sintra. A very nice stay. nothing

Location and outstanding stafd The hotel need to be consist in clean the room and replenish it with consumed items, poor shower drainage channels a lot of water to the toilet area. Many thanks to the staff in the Lobby, Roof bar and the breakfast team

Primarily the location. The breakfast was good, but not great compared to other similarly priced hotels we stayed at on our trip. Didn’t like the sterility/greyness of the interior, corridors and rooms. There also isn’t any social space outside of the rooftop bar, and very little near the entrance.
