Staff was excellent, very friendly and shared great information to help us get to locations in the city. Hotel was nice. Great location, clean and lovely coffee shop and bar. Again amazing staff. Breakfast was good in a lovely restaurant at sister hotel 1 block away. Would definitely recommend. Liked everything.

Interesting room design, comfortable beds, spacious, nice balconies, quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing. Maybe just that though the location is perfect for seeing sights, it is the epicenter of tourism. I like to be in a more neighborhoody area, but my son said he is more comfortable being around more tourists.

This was an amazing hotel. From first stepping into the immense lobby/bar/coffee bar that looks like an English library in a tropical setting, from walking out to the pedestrian walkway for a cocktail, to the large, well-appointed room with a street view, everything was perfect! The staff was extraordinarily helpful, the vibe was chill and relaxing. The location was great and close to many things. It was such a nice oasis of calm and comfort to return to after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We definitely hope to return to this hotel. Nothing; I was on a wonderful vacation in a lovely city with a gorgeous place to stay...what's not to like?

It was exactly what I expected! It was conveniently located to everything. Given it’s centrally located, I rarely heard outside noise. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Location was perfect for shopping, restaurants & transport. Room was big & comfortable. Staff were helpful & friendly. We liked everything! Nothing we didn’t like.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast, clean rooms. We appreciated the sound isolating windows and the nice interior design of early 20th century New York. The good playlist in the restaurant and the Marshall speakers in the rooms were a nice addition.
