This hotel deserves no more than three stars and falls well short of the standards expected from a four-star property. The quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience simply does not match its advertised rating.

Almost Everything On the first day, we went to breakfast at 8:00 a.m., and all the food options were fully available. On the second day, we went a little later, around 9:00–10:00 a.m., and I noticed that some options had run out and were not replenished. Another thing I didn’t like was that we paid for breakfast throughout our stay. On our last day, we had to leave the hotel at 3:00 a.m. We understood that breakfast was not available that early, and we were informed about this in advance. However, it would have been great if the hotel had offered a breakfast box or at least something small to eat, since we had already paid for breakfast.

Location and staff Everything was good

The location is very convenient. The staff were friendly and approachable. I like the room where we had our breakfast. It was opened throughout and it serves complementary cake and coffee/tea in the afternoon. Nothing.

Great location in the tourist area with excellent access to the underground rail system for access to airport and train stations. Rooms are a little small, hover very comfortable and the shower is large by European standards. Very good breakfast and the staff are the best I have seen at a hotel of this size - 50 odd rooms I think Air conditioning was top shelf and kept me cool in an extremely hot European summer - late July early August 2026!! Ask for one of the rooms facing the main dining street - Rue Augusta - as you can open the windows and look out at the restaurants and people enjoying the city!!! Very minor but breakfast only starts at 8-00 am - I was leaving at around 8-15 on my last day and they said is was ok to come down from 7-30 am

Extremely stylish, I would say - art hotel, incredibly clean and tidy, quiet, great location, amazing breakfast, stuff is super welcoming and hard working. Just an incredible place to stay! If I were to really scratch my head to produce something - I think the bathroom is a bit small. But that’s just me trying to find something to say in this field.

The location was central in Baixa to sites and restaurants off Rue Augusta. The breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. I appreciated it access to coffee and tea throughout the day. Helpful staff. Small, pass- through lobby only.

Central location and nice roof top terrace. Rooms were clean, aircon worked well. The location of this hotel is perfectly central to visit all districts in Lisbon. If we were to return to Lisbon this would be my hotel of choice again. Staff very nice also, it was my wife birthday and we found a gifted bottle of wine for us on return to the room. Next door’s shower waking you up is the only negative, however that is more of a design flaw.
