Great location, close to Rossio Square and many attractions. Mainenance- light above foor fid not work, making it difficult to lock door undide st night. Also board below fridge fell off and into foot, luckily causing no harm. Needs yo be fixed more fitnly.

Very stylish, amazing central location, amazing staff, super clean and new Bathroom (shower) was very tight.

The location, facilities and staff were excellent. The rooms aren’t very soundproof, especially the doors. So I could hear everyone walking past or even opening their doors. Someone even had a movie playing fairly loudly down the corridor and I could hear it from my room.

Location is absolutely amazing, everything you need and would want is within the walking distance. The staff is amazing. When checking in, one of the employees gave a lot of very helpful info and advice for our itinerary( where we should go, what is worth skipping and so on). The room was amazing.
