The 7 Hotel

Location was excellent. My room was clean. They sprayed nauseating fragrance all over comforter. There is absolutely no surface space for your things. Very small area for clothes. Broken drawers. Back side window can’t open because bad smells from somewhere. Lobby absolutely reeked of sewer smell every evening. It was unbearable to walk through. No comfortable place to sit in lobby or rooms. Lobby during day staff was vacuuming or cleaning around you or construction or tarps on floor painting ceiling and walls. No Kleenex except a small pack.

Extremely clean with a great staff. Excellent location. Breakfast food was average.

Location Breakfast Were assigned a room that was adjoined to another; broken rain shower ; only slightly warm water, no place to hang clothes or put suitcases. After raising concerns, we were pleased to get a comfortable room with everything in order for the next night. The buffet breakfast was quite good, espresso machine coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants…

The location and the service of the staf was very good. The was a good breakfast. Thay store our luggage before the check-in Early check-in and a Late check-out. We like also the welcome red wine and the snacks. The price was very high. No view from the Windows in the room. No Window of venta in the bathroom. We received twin beds

Great location, personnel at front desk kind and helpful Room VERY small and no counter space in bathroom. Clean but uncomfortably small.

Location The air conditioning didn't work upon arrival as well as the safety box. We immediately reported to the reception, and Catherine, the receptionist, was unsympathetic and sent a service man unable to fix the problems. The next day, after a hot night, we reported again the A/C and the safety box, and she said..."You just reported yesterday!" My response was, "Of course!, we just checked in yesterday!". After several calls and the man walking in and out of our room (also with the safety box to be changed), We get offered another room and it was until 1pm the following day after our arrival that we were unpacked AGAIN in the other room. And the A/C in the second room at night was turned off from the reception! The room was very hot at 10 pm, we realized that we don't control the A/C from our room! We called the reception, and they turned on. We request to speak to the manager since day one, after three days, Pedro the manager hasn't contacted us! What a nightmare experience!

We had our own room with doors that closed and our son was able to have his own space in the living room area. The couch turned into a bed. We also has a mini kitchen area. Both areas had TV .

Very good

I loved the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to just about everything. You also get a really nice view of the sunset which is just about a 2 minute walk. The metro is next to the hotel as well it’s a perfect location. This is just me nitpicking but the AC was making a weird noise so it was hard to sleep at night a little but either that it was fine.
